Vacancy request
This window is used by managers to generate a request for a vacancy with the objective of increasing the frame or replace a collaborator. After you create a vague request, the manager forwards the request for approval of employees defined in a script for approval.
The vacancy Request must be approved by all employees of the script for approval. Each employee may reject or request amendment of the vague request. In approving the request is forwarded to the next approver in the script. In rejecting the request, the status is changed to "Rejected", terminating the process. If you need to be changed, the request is forwarded to the user that generated and the situation will be "change request", the user who generated the request can cancel the change request.
When the last script contributor to approve the request, the system will generate a request by copying the information from the register, pay and replaced.
The actions to approve, reject or request amendment can also be made by Collective Approval window of Vague requests.
When used the job the system automatically generates the script for approval based on the workstation of the request and on the type of post hierarchy configured in the General settings of the RS, vague request guide. The script for approval can also be registered manually.
Through this field is possible to inform the code and the name of the vague request.

The window is divided into five distinct tabs:
Tabs of this screen:Request
Through this tab it is possible to establish the basic information of the record vacancy request.
In this field you can inform the workplace when this option is configured in the system. When no vacancies for the selected station, the Evolution of the balance per job is shown.
Salary
Through this tab you can determine wage and scale features the vacancy request.
Replaced
Through this tab it is possible to introduce employees to be replaced, as well as allow the maintenance of the register.
For this screen, rule 847 - After Save Replaced from the Job Opening Request is used to handle the information in the Approval Roadmap tab
This tab is only enabled when the request type is not "frame", the active user in the system is the "Requester" and the situation of the request is "in" or "change request".
Script for Approval
Through this tab you can set the script to request approvals of a vacancy. When in Selection> Settings> General, the Job Request tab, there are hierarchies defined in the Type Hierarchy Rank - Substitution and Type Hierarchy Rank - Increase of vacancy, the system suggests approvers. These approvers may be changed, provided they form part of the same Post Office. When there are no hierarchies defined in Settings > General > Selection, Vague request tab, you can set the script for approval.
Record
This tab presents the history of the request, viewing changes, as well as specific observations recorded.
Important
The request can only be deleted when the user active in the system is the "Requester" and the situation of the request is "definition". Are also excluded employees replaced the script for approval and the history of the request.
Approve
This button enables the responsible approving the request of vacancy. Through the Collective Approval window of Vague requests you can also request amendment, approve or reject each request of a vacancy in a collective way.
EHG
This guide contains a grid where the Homogeneous Exposure Groups (GHE) are defined, which the candidate will be part of after the eventual realization. This information is used to identify and request the necessary admission tests, which determine whether or not the employee is fit to perform the job.
When approving a vacancy request (last level of the approval script), the requisition is created considering the GHEs informed in this request and includes them in the generated request.
Note
The GHE tab is enabled only when all of the following criteria are met:
- There is integration with the module Safety and Medicine;
- The field GHE routineis set to "1 - Enable GHE only," "3 - In Deployment" or "4 - Enable and Keep Legacy" in the Job Security Configuration (FR000SEG);
- The field Employee Link with GHEis set to "1 - Directly by Employee" on the Job Security Setup screen (FR000SEG).
Enter the code from the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA). The system allows only the selection of:
- Current or future PPRAs in relation to the date of the request;
- PPRA GHEs informed;
- a PPRA on request.
The grid of the GHE guide allows the consultation and change of the GHEs that make up the vacancy request, through its codes and descriptions.
By clicking the Delete, all PPRA and GHEs information is removed. To exclude only rows from the grid, use the default system shortcut (CTRL+DEL).
With the Suggest GHE, the system suggests the GHEs and displays them in the grid, considering: the informed PPRA; the location and position of the request / requisition. To enable the button, you must enter a valid PPRA and position yourself in the grid.
