Periodical Events Closure

This screen allows the sending of the layout S-1299, used to indicate the end of the sending of the periodic events of each company for each competency (monthly). This closing file can only be sent after transmission of the periodic layouts.

Operation of the screen

To perform the submission:

1. If desired, enter the Company it's from Competence. The panel Filters is retractable and can be contracted by clicking on its title.
2. Click on the button Show. Only companies are shown according to the following criteria:
   • the filt
   • er information (if filled in). Who already have the opening of the sheet in the competence (in eSocial> Newspaper Events> Opening (FRABEFOL).
   • That have already sent the periodicals (in eSocial> Periodical Events> Sending Monthly Statement (FRENVFOL).
   • Before the closing of the competence (this window).
3. If more than one company is shown, click on the one from which you want to view the Details, shown in the panel at the bottom of the screen.
4. Check the information that will be sent, described in the panel Details.
   
   Each Questioning has a Answer, based on submissions that have or have not been made via the eSocial menu> Periodic Events> Monthly Statement Sending (FRENVFOL). Understand how it is done filling:
   
   Questioning (The company ...):Answer:Yes if you have S-1200 in the open, otherwise Not.

   Do you have information on the remuneration of employees in the calculation period?
   Do you have information about payment of earned income in the calculation period?	Yes if you have S-1210 in the open sheet, otherwise No.
   Do you have information about the purchase of rural products from individuals?	Yes if you have S-1250 in the open sheet, otherwise No.
   Do you have production marketing information?	Yes if you have S-1260 in the open sheet, otherwise No.
   Have you hired non-port workers through a union?	Yes if you have S-1270 in the open sheet, otherwise No.
   Do you have Leaf Discharge or Concomitant Activities information?	Yes if you have S-1280 in the open sheet, otherwise No.

   Important

   if necessary, the Answer can be modified, but this should only be done when there is a very specific situation, as for example some layouts have been submitted to the Government through another system or entered directly on the website of the Government.
