Prescriptions

In this option will be registered the prescription and the medicines indicated for the treatment of the patient by the Grid Medications. For medicines that have inventory control by the administration, the release may occur by the button Ambulatory Adm. or by the button Adm. Vaccines when the medicine is a vaccine.

When the patient have a subnormalidade, for example hepatitis, the attendant physician be made for consultation of the medicines used for this subnormalidade.

In the registry of the prescriptions and drugs of the prescription, you can use the following rules for process:

593 - Entering a Prescription

594 - Change Medical Revenue

595 - Exclude Medical Expenses

596 - Inserting Medication Revenue

597 - Change Medication Revenue

598 - Delete Medication Revenue

Recipe If the window of the recipe is accessed by the medical service, this value will be automatically suggested, featuring a link to the service.

Prescription
Used to define a Single Prescription for the recipe. In this field you must describe the medicine and the form that will be consumed, as doctor's indication.

This field is displayed only if, in the Cadastre of attendants, the

field use in Prescription is equal to "0" or both "2-Prescription Only" considering the Active Attendant (cabin boy bound to the logged in user).

Medicines Inform the medicine (s) that will be needed for the treatment. When the patient have any subnormalidade registered in your medical records and the register of subnormalidade any medicines related to this subnormalidade, by the Med button. Subnormalidade, lets identify what medications the subnormalidade needs.

To register a new drug on the medicines, is available at the bottom of the window the button New Medicine.

This field is displayed only if, in the Cadastre of attendants, the field use in Prescription is equal to "0-Both" or "1-registration of Medicines", whereas the Active Attendant (cabin boy bound to the logged in user).

Prescription Medications
Describe the way that the medicine will be consumed, as doctor's indication.

Is implied the prescription informed registration of medicine, allowing the doctor adjust it as needed.
