Audiometric Record

This option presents the audiometric tests generated for the patient allowing the audiologist show the opinions according to the method used for this type of test.

Lets you select the type as examination of the methods available to the right of the window. To indicate the method (s) (s), will be presented their opinions fields in the grid.

This window allows you to generate the Audiométrico Examination of the Record Sheet (s) examination (s) selected by Audiometry button or plug Audiométrico Evolutionary Recordsby the button Send.

To make it easier to identify if the exam is the reference type, sequential and canceled, we opted to introduce them in the colours red, black and gray strikethrough respectively.

Grid The information will be differentiated in the fields of the grid by left and right ear. The grid will display each audiométrico examination according to the medical records and the period informed.
