PDI Definitions
On this screen will be set the parameters to be used in the PDI (Individual development plan).
Allows you to set the responsible for the plan of action of the PDI. Valid information:
- Developer informed-the user can inform the person responsible for the plan of action through the fields, Company type and Responsible;
- Associated with the active user-developer fields, type and Company Responsible will not be available on the screen. These fields will be filled in by the system with the responsible that is associated with the active user. If you don't find the developer associated with active user these fields will not be filled. In TRWEB no consistency about the lack of this information;
- Head of developer-Enterprise fields, and Type will not be available on the screen. These fields will be populated with the information of the Chief collaborator joined Companies > Chiefdoms. If you cannot find the head, these fields will not be filled. In TRWEB no consistency about the lack of this information.
- As the hierarchy of Posts-the fields, type and Company Responsible will be available on the screen and will be suggested according to the hierarchy of jobs if you don't find the occupant of the upper post developer fields will not be filled. This option is available only if you use the per job.
By suggesting the person responsible for the plan of action as the hierarchy of posts, will be considered:
- The collaborator's main post at the start date of the PDI
- The top post in the hierarchy set (considering the structure of the company from the developer and the current review on the start date of the PDI)
- The charge will be the occupant of the top post at the starting date of the PDI.
- If the system does not find occupant, nothing will be proposed
- If there is more than one occupant (difficult situation to occur in a hierarchy) the system should consider only one (either).
Type of hierarchy of Posts If the Responsible Plan of action is 3-As this field Stations hierarchy will be enabled and is required to report what the hierarchy used to suggest the person responsible for the plan of action of the PDI. This option is available only if you use the per job.
Compulsory Cycle Valid information:
Yes, the cycle will be required on collective generation, registration or amendment of the PDI;
N-no, the cycle will not be required, except if the source of the plan for 1-evaluation, is integrated with the CS and CS: > Skills > Performance Reviews > > General Settings and competency, the field identifies Cycle is with 1-2-Cycle selected.
This field defines the access to the POI from a developer:
- Consider comprehensiveness-The Pois (and monitoring) are visible according to the scope of the active user. The evaluated can just browse the plans which have been defined;
- (Consider comprehensiveness) them Pois (and monitoring) are visible only to the user associated with the directory of responsible informed the POI, when no responsible set and to the user associated with the evaluated. In this case, the rated can only query plans that have been defined.
- Responsible (does not consider comprehensiveness) them Pois (and monitoring) are visible only to the user associated with the directory of responsible informed the PDI (without considering scope of user), when there is no responsible set (considering scope) and to the user associated with the current (without considering scope of user). In this case, the rated can only query plans that have been defined.
