IDP - Individual Development Plan
This option allows to register and monitor the Individual Development Plan to which the worker must accomplish within the period set by the evaluator through predetermined actions, as well as to define the competencies to be developed.
The window has a grid for registering the goals to be reached and a grid for registering data of actions to be carried out to accomplish the each goal. Allows to call the monitoring window through the button on the footer of the window.
When calling the development plan through the performance evaluation windows (Jobs and Selection module), the registers bonded through the Cycle, Technical Skill, Personal Skill and Knowledge fields will be kept.
This information will be also available on the Web, through the menus: Development Plan > Definition of Goals and Monitoring, through which only the registering of goals will be possible, action plans and monitoring respectively.
The rules per item (when opening the window, before changing, after changing, before deleting, after deleting) reported on this window, can be also used in the Web Trainings in Development Plan > Information. Only the query to the register from table R107PDI was made available, in the following actions: before changing, after changing, before deleting.
The rules per entity are available only in the routine of the new Web IDP.
IDP Process:
- The HR generates the IDPs without the goals and action plans (optional) for each responsible (information of individual evaluator based on the Leaderships information)
- The manager accesses the TR or TRWEB and defines the objectives for the employee, within the cycle period (when using cycle)
- The worker be aware about its goals by the TRWEB, that is, knows its gap of competencies and agree with the plans that have been defined
- The manager monitors the plans during the period defined, by performing the due registers in the system
The IDP will accompany the worker throughout its history within the company.
Report the origin of the Development Plan, as follows:

Report day, month and year of the beginning of the development plan.
Report day, month and year of completion of the development plan.
Report the cycle which was originated in the Jobs and Salaries module or not.
Report the Structure of Jobs. This information will be requested if the origin of the plan is job or career.
Report the job to be used in this IDP. This information will be requested if the origin of the plan is job.
Report the code of the career that was originated in the Jobs and Salaries module or not. This information will be requested if the origin of the plan is career.
Report the code of the diagnosis that has relation with this IDP. This information will be requested if the origin of the plan is diagnosis.
Report the code of the worker responsible for the IDP. The responsible must have in its user range the workers registered in the IDP.
This field will be made available on the window according to the Know Goals parameter:
- Yes, the evaluated has been aware of all the IDP. The knowledge will be registered by the evaluated through the TRWEB, in the Development Plan > Definitions of Goals option;
- No, the evaluated has not been aware.
Goals Grid
The registering of the IDP goals will be done by through the TRWEB or Client-Server and can be composed by several goals that will be registered in this grid.
When in the Goals grid, the Competencies field is reported, the items of Development registered for this competency are suggested in this grid.

Report day, month and year that the goal must be accomplished.
Competency
This field is displayed only when in the Jobs and Salaries module, in Others > Indication, the Management per Competencies field is defined as 2 - Activated with legacy or 3 - Activated without legacy. Enter the code for the jurisdiction, which must always be valid for the period of the POI.
Living room. Technique
Code of technical skill. Jobs and Salaries module, in Others > Indication, the Management per Competencies field is defined as 3 - Activated without legacy, this field will not be displayed.
Living room. Folks
Code of personal skill. Jobs and Salaries module, in Others > Indication, the Management per Competencies field is defined as 3 - Activated without legacy, this field will not be displayed.
Family
Family code of knowledge. Jobs and Salaries module, in Others > Indication, the Management per Competencies field is defined as 3 - Activated without legacy, this field will not be displayed.
Knowledge
Code of knowledge. Jobs and Salaries module, in Others > Indication, the Management per Competencies field is defined as 3 - Activated without legacy, this field will not be displayed.
Revision
When in the Jobs and Salaries module, in Others > Indication, the Management per Competencies field is defined as 2 - Activated with legacy or 3 - Activated without legacy. Report the revision of the competency (this is mandatory when the Competency is reported), which must be valid in the IDP period.
Situation
Valid information: 1-Not Started, 2-Progress, 3-Canceled, 4-Concluded.
Profile
When in the Jobs and Salaries module, in Others > Indication, the Management per Competencies field is defined as 2 - Activated with legacy or 3 - Activated without legacy. Report the application profile of the competency. Only the Profiles that have information registered in the Revision of the Competency will be presented.
Evaluated
Report if the evaluated is aware about this goal.
Evaluator
Report if the evaluator is aware about this goal.
For the fields Living room. Technique, Living room. Folks, Family and Knowledge, if the origin of the plan is 1-Evaluation, a filter will be used in the presentation of the skills related to the blocks indicated in the position of the employee or in the requirements by Location> Cargo, as follows:
Technical Skills

Sequence
Report a sequence for each action plan.
Type
Report the type of action plan, that is, the resource used to accomplish the goal. Example: provide training, Reading, Course, Watch a Movie, etc...
Method
Report the method which will be used, based on the type, to accomplish the goal.
Company*
Report the company code of the responsible worker.
Type of Worker *
Report the type of the responsible worker: 1-Employee, 2-Third Party and 3-Partner.
Responsible*
Report the ID number of the responsible for the method application.
Start
Report the day, month and year that the action plan will start.
End
Report the day, month and year for the implementation of this action plan.
Institution*
Report the educational establishment which will be used for applying this action plan.
Estimated Cost*
Report an estimated value in currency about the cost for applying this action plan.
Actual Cost*
Report the value used in currency for applying this action plan.
Type of Result
The result of the action plan execution can be analyzed through the following types: C-Concept, G-Grade and P-Percentage.
Situation
Report the situation in which the action plan is: 1-Not started, 2-Progress, 3-Canceled and 4-Concluded.
Course
Report the course that will be use to generate an individual reservation. When pressing the Generate Reservation button, it generates an individual register of reservations, suggesting the origin 8-Development plan, the reservation reason as reported in Training > Definitions, Reservations folder. This button will be enabled after the user chooses the course corresponding to the action plan. In TRWEB, the reservation is generated automatically when recording the record. In the exclusion of the action plan, the information corresponding to the IDP folder in the information of Individual Reservation will be excluded again.
Group
Identification of the group generated for the course defined in the previous field, in which the worker is inserted. The binding occurs through the group when it is generated using the individual reservation information. To generate the individual reservation of this course, use the Generate Reservation button, on the right corner of the window (Client-server).
*Note
The Responsible, Institution, Estimated Cost and Actual Cost fields can be viewed or not according to the parameters reported on the IDP Definitions window.
