Collective Generation of Individual Development Plan

On this window it is possible to generate the Individual Development Plan (IDP) for several workers, based on the menu items of evaluators information available in Development > Performance and Competency Evaluation > Evaluators Information > Individual Evaluators, Evaluators per Org. Unit > Job > Shift and Evaluators per Org. Unit > Shift and fields from the collective generation window. Only the main PDI register will be generated, regarding the objectives, action plans and follow-ups, these are registered by the responsible in the Client-server or TRWEB.

Cycle

Identify the IDPs to be generated through a cycle code. This field may be mandatory or optional as indicated in Development > Development Plan > Definitions.

Period

Report the month, day, and year referring to the beginning end of the IDP.

Important The beginning date (period) will be used to check the evaluators information in Development > Development and Competency Evaluation > Evaluators Information > Individual Evaluators, Evaluators per Org. Unit > Job > Shift and Evaluators per Org. Unit > Shift. The system will consider the registers of evaluators with focus 1-Superior and 2-Subordinate.

When reporting the Cycle field, the beginning and date of the cycle will be loaded in the Period field. If the user wants to report another date the system will allow, since it is within the period comprised by the beginning and dates of the cycle.

Origin of the Plan

Define the origin of the IDP that will be used in its registration:

0	Others
1	Evaluation
2	Job - When reporting this origin, it will be necessary to report the structure of jobs and the job desired for the generation.
3	Career - When reporting this origin, it will be necessary to report the structure of jobs and the career for the generation.
4	Diagnosis - When reporting this origin, it will be necessary to report the diagnosis for the generation.

Range

Define if the ranges reported in the Selection button and in the Selection fields of the window will be considered for the Responsible, Worker or both. The responsible workers or evaluators are those registered in Development > Development and Competency Evaluation > Evaluators Information > Individual Evaluators, Evaluators per Org. Unit > Job > Shift and Evaluators per Org. Unit > Shift.

Important

The existing ranges on the generation window will be updated with the ranges reported in the Selection button.

Overlap Existing Record

Select this field to overlap the existing register. The system will overlap any register found for the same worker and with the same cycle since it does not have registered goals. If finding the goals, the new IDP will not be generated and this occurrence may be viewed through the Log button or in Others > Log > Processing, Type of Processing 0=All.

Selection Button:

Define the ranges of the responsible, worker or both.

Important

The existing ranges on the generation window, in the Ranges of Selection, will be updated with the ranges reported in the Selection button.

In these fields it is possible to filter the workers to which the evaluations will be generated. They can be filtered by the ranges below:

Identification Number

The batch for generation of workers will be identified by a number located on the superior right corner of the grid.

After clicking the Show button, data are loaded into the Individual Development Plan (the number that appears next to the title of the grid is the quantity of evaluations that can be generated).

Grid fields:

Selection

Indicates if a certain IDP will be or not generated for a worker.

Then, the fields Company, Type, Information, Name (Responsible), Org. Unit and Job fields are presented, which describe the data of the responsible for the IDP.

When it is not possible generating an IDP for a certain worker, its line remains in red in the grid, and the reason of this impossibility is showed in the Note field.
