Individual Evaluators Information

Depending on what is defined in the Management per Competencies field (in Others > Indications, Information tab), this window is displayed in different menus:

On this window it is possible to register the evaluated and who is its evaluator. This information is the first in which the evaluated will be searched by the table: Skills > Evaluations > Evaluators Information > Generate with Evaluators Information, and it is valid for evaluation focus of Superior, Subordinate, Customer, Supplier, Instructor and Similar Job.

Notes

The following rules per process are available for this window, and also for the respective window of Web Jobs and Salaries module:
- 504-Include Individual Evaluators;
- 505-Change Individual Evaluators;
- 506-Delete Individual Evaluators;
- All them with data from table R105IND available for manipulation (except key-fields) even with support to user fields.
When using the rules per process 504, 505 and 506 and the Cancel(1) instruction is used in the special rule, it will abort the process and present a message to the user. The use of the Cancel(1) instruction in this rule will have no effect if run on the Web. In this case, the Message programmer function must be used (Error, “Text alerting the user”). Contributor Type
Type of worker evaluated.

Information of Evaluated
Code of evaluated worker.

Beginning
Beginning date, from which the registered individual evaluation will be valid.

Type of Evaluation
Type of evaluation to be carried out between two workers defined on the window.

Sequence
Sequence of information. It allows to register more than one evaluator per evaluated.

Cycle
Report the cycle for evaluation. It is allowed reporting only the cycles with beginning date previous to the beginning date reported on the window.

Evaluator Company
Company of worker evaluator.

Type of worker evaluator
Type of worker evaluated.

Evaluator
Code of evaluator worker.

End
End date, until to which the registered individual evaluation will be valid.

Mutual Definition
It indicates if the reverse of evaluation is true, that is, if the evaluator is of type Superior, the reverse means to say that this evaluator will be evaluated in evaluations of type Subordinate and the evaluator will be the worker defined as evaluated on the window.

Notes

This indication is valid only for type of evaluator Superior/Subordinate and Customer/Supplier.
This field will be available only when the Mutual Definition Default = '0 field (Jobs and Salaries module: Skills > Evaluations > Performance and Competency > Definitions > General, Evaluators Information folder), otherwise it will not be displayed and will internally assume the definition parametrized in the Mutual Definition Default field (1-Always Has or 2-Never Has).

User Identifies the user who registered or changed the register.
