Level of Education
It allows to register education level to be used in the registration of workers, detailed as the way the user wants.
Important
It is necessary to insert in the RAIS Level of Education field the degree equivalent to the description registered for each code, as this is the information that will be considered for RAIS, Electronic GRRF (Caixa Econômica Federal) and other legal templates.
In the Jobs and Salaries module, this registration allows that, in the jobs registration, it is possible to indicate a class and a maximum salary level that the worker may get, if it does not have the level of education indicated for the job. This procedure will be useful in the guidelines proposals.
Enter a code for each Level of Education. This code will be informed in the workers' employee register.
Identify the corresponding code of the Level of Education, as the RAIS table.

For the data generated to the RAIS:
From the RAIS manual of base year 2006, were included the Level of Education "10 - Master and 11 - Doctorate". However, the list of RAIS Level of Education available in Personnel Management module was already present until the code "13 - Post-doctorate", in 5.4.1.53 version, at the request of electronic GRRF.
Therefore, there is a treatment in the generation of RAIS which replaces the code of the Personnel Management module by the corresponding code in RAIS, according the table below:
