Notes
This item allows that the register form notes be indexed according to a type, allowing facilities to the lists and legal obligations.
Note
The fields Show in Record Tab, Day Regime, Type of appointment , ESocial Type and Variable Salary are used by eSocial. In this way, they are only shown in Personnel Administration or in other modules that have integration with it.
Codify from 001 to 999 the types of notes from the register form that your company uses.
The code 001 is already set for the legal notes of the register form.
Describe the types of notes existing in the company.
Indicating the option "Yes", this type of note is shown in:
- Workers > Register Form > Decree 41- Notes Form tab.
- Workers > Register Form > General information - Notes Form tab.
- Workers > Register Form > List
Determine if this type of annotation should be used when transferring the employee between subsidiaries / companies. By entering "Y - Yes" in this field:
- the annotations associated with this type will serve to compose the Registration Form and the history of employees when transferred between subsidiaries / companies;
- the other fields on the screen will receive a value of "0" (zero) and will be disabled.
Through the record of notes, this field determines if the worker has an note that has legal basis.
Options available:
- Does not apply;
- Beginning of Article 62 CLT - Determines if the worker has a position of trust. In this case, during this period the record of schedule will not appear in the register form.
- If the worker has this note on the admission date, in the Schedule and WPRP fields, the information is not displayed. In the Workday/Working Time it is displayed "Art. 62 CLT". This functionalities apply to the following locations:
- Employees > Register Form > Decree 41 (Client/Server and Web 5.0);
- Workers > Register Form > General information (Client/Server and Web 5.0; to 5.0 the information Web "Art. 62 CLT " is printed in the Schedule field);
- Employees > Register Form > List > 001 - Register Form Decree 41 (FPFR001.COL);
- Workers > Register Form > List > 003 - General Information (FPFR003.COL).
In the Schedules/Working Time tab of the register form, will display only the records of schedules/working time previous to the record of note with the Legal Basis informed equal to "1".

This field is enabled only if the Show in the Register Form indication is as Y.
If indicated,any information, the register "K050" is assigned to the TIPO_ATO_NOM field, in the inspection reports available in Taxes > Inspection Files.
This field allows framing of the many types of notes that may be registered, for sending to eSocial.
Salary Description
Please state whether the salary description refers to the beginning or end of the salary.
Variable Salary
Indicates whether the annotation serves to begin or end the payment of variable salaries, complemented by the annotation of the field ESocial Type with option "07 - Variable Salary".
Notes
When informing the field Variable Salary, the field Day Regime is disabled. The option "7" is also assigned to the field ESocial Type.
When he is not informed the fields Day Regime and ESocial Type are enabled again.
Pregnant Apprentice
Please advise if this note indicates a pregnant learner bond.
If "S - Yes" is entered in the base year, the "1 - Yes" Pregnant Trainee Link Indicator of the RAIS file. If you are informed before or after the base year, the information "2 - No" will be taken.
