Block of Technical Skills

When in Others > Indications, Information tab, the Management per Competencies field is set as 3-Activate without legacy, this window is not displayed.

Formation of Blocks of skills and definition of complexity level.
The skills must, further on, be linked to the jobs and also evaluated.
To make these two processes easier, the blocks of skills must be created, in which the technical skills must be grouped according to the jobs which perform them.
Some skills may have a level of importance more relevant in relation to the others. Thus, when calculating the grade or percentage reached in the certification process, this skill must have a differentiated weight from the others relating to the block.

Through the Associate button, it is possible to relate the block of technical skills to certain org. units and jobs.
