Leaders
This item enables to identify the leaders and substitute of leader from the org. chart org. units of the company, as well as the beginning and end date of subordination.
All org. chart levels must be obligatorily registered when the company wants to use the hierarchy of leaderships, even when all workers are allocated on the last level.
Type of Leadership
In this field it is possible to indicate to which type of leadership will be forwarded the legal documents of personnel management, the department mails, etc.
Substitute
According to the previous item, indicate the worker information who will occupy the replacement in the leadership in case of absences of holders.
Note
For the desired routines to consider the substitute entered in this field, each of them must be defined for this.
Previous Level Org. Unit
It enables to report that the leader is from an org. unit and its previous level is registered in any other org. chart org. unit. That is it is possible to report an org. unit completely different, enabling the breach of hierarchy of the org. chart.
The BusCadChefe and BusCadChefeLocal scheduler functions when they receive a location of more levels with the request to identify the boss at one of the previous levels, will check to see if they should actually search at the informed level considering the organization chart or if they should search the location informed in the new field "Local Previous Level ".

Using the BusCadChefe and BusCadChefeLocal functions:
When searching the leader from org. unit 1.1.4.02: it will bring as leader João da Silva.
When searching the leader from org. unit 1.1.4.02 (indicating to search the leader in the level immediately previous, that is, level 3): it will notice that in the previous org. unit there is indication of leader in the previous level and will search the leader of the org. unit 2.8, in the Joaquim Cruz example.
When searching the leader from org. unit 1.1.4.02 (indicating to search the leader in another previous level, which is not the level immediately previous, for example , level 2):it will bring Amanda de Jesus as leader.
Example of use of the leadership information:
To issue a report of Warnings of Training per Leadership (In the Trainings module, the model 020, which is in Resources > Report Generator, Groups category):
One report may be issued for each leader registered on this window, that will send an e-mail to it informing which workers (allocated in the org. unit where it is as a leader) must be warned by it to take a certain course in which they are enrolled.
Before issuing the report, the system automatically defines as range of org. unit, the org. unit (and/or sub-org. unit) in which this leader is registered. This guarantees that each leader will receive only information about workers in the org. units where it is as a leader. Optionally, it is possible to include the range that is registered for the user associated to the worker information of the leadership.
To send the e-mail to the corresponding leadership, the system will search for its commercial e-mail in the complementary form. If the e-mail is not found or is not registered, an error message will be generated in the log indicating that a given leadership does not have defined commercial email.
