Labor Accident

Safety Occurrence Corresponds to the code that links the accident record to Occurrence. In the situation in which the accident is registered before the occurrence, the accident may be linked informing the code of the occurrence. Binding will only be allowed if the occurrence is on the same date and time as the accident.

INSS affiliation
Inform in the field the type of insured membership:

• 1: Employee
• 2: Hard Worker
• 7: Special Insured
• 8: Resident Physician (according to Law nº 8.138 / 90)

Cargo The system presents the victim job, if it was performing another job, it may be changed. This change does not generate transfer of job.

Months of Charge
It is presented the number of months when the victim is performing the job above.

I already held a position
As for the post inform:

• Has previously held the position
• Never held the position before

Use another position
This field is intended to indicate casualties (including occupational disease) that should be transferred from charge. In Table IV of NR4 (Occupational Diseases), in the column "Number of workers transferred to another sector" will be computed all the accidents that have the field Use another charge set to "Yes".

Indicate as to the possibility of the accident being taken in another position.

Kind of accident
Inform the code of the type of the accident that corresponds to the type of the accident at work.

Type of Accident
Report the type of accident.

Accident Cause
These are the reasons that caused the accident. This information is not intended to punish, but to find from the causes, measures that make it possible to prevent similar occurrences.

The SM module allows you to register other causes of accidents as indicated in the Safety settings, Accident folder.

Causative Agent
Report the agent directly related to the accident, and they may be: machine, equipment or tool, as a press or injector plastic; or chemical products, physical or biological agents as benzene, silica, noise or salmonella.

The SM module allows you to register other causal agents as marked in the Security settings, Accident folder.

Location of Injury
For a work accident, the part of the body directly affected by the causative agent must be informed, either externally or internally;
For occupational, work, or similar diseases inform the injured organ or system.

Laterality of Injury Inform the laterality of the affected party, if it is a bilateral body. This field is only enabled when entering a value in the field Location of Injury.

Nature of Injury Indicate the nature of injury.

Gravity Inform the degree of severity of the accident:

• Light
  
• Half grave
  
• Serious

Using EPI Report if the worker was using the PPE at the accident moment.

• A - Not applicable - to meet those situations where there is no need to use PPE.
• S - Yes, was using PPE.
• N - No, was using PPE.

Police Record (Y,N)
Inform whether or not there was a police record. If it is included (YES), a copy of the document should be sent to the INSS in a timely manner.

Days Devoted Report the number of debited days for the type of accident. This number is tabled according to the NBR-14280:2001.

Hours Worked Accidentally Report the number of hours elapsed since the beginning of the workday until the accident moment.

First Pitch It corresponds to the day, month and year of the first absence for this worker in this accident. This information is automatically registered when filling out the absence date in the WAC folder.

Location Accident
Inform the place where the accident occurred:

• In Employee's Establishment

Outdoor Establishment
Inform "S - Yes" if the establishment where the accident occurred is outside. This information is used for layout S-2210 of eSocial.

Another Company
This information will be required when the Location of the Accident is of type "2 - In Service".

For CAT listing, the information shown in the field 38 - CNPJ of the model of Work Accident Report will be related to the registration of Other Companies, respecting the following rule:

• To Type Subscription "1 - CNPJ" or "2 - CEI", the Registration Number will be taken.
• To Type Subscription "3 - CPF", the CNO Registration Number will be taken.

 

City Inform the city where the accident occurred.

Postal Code
If the establishment where the accident occurred is abroad, please inform the postal code of this one.

Org. Unit Specification
Description of the location (within the organization chart), where the accident occurred.

Description Accident
Describe the situation or the work activity developed by the accident and others directly related to the accident. In the case of accident of path, specify the offset and report whether the route has been changed or discontinued for reasons unrelated to work. In the case of illness, describe the work activity, the environment or the conditions under which the work was performed.

Notes
Space reserved for other information of the accident.

Nr Accident
Inform the code that allows to identify the work accident.

Name Witness A Inform the full name of the witness A who has witnessed the accident or of the one who first became aware of the fact.

Name Witness B Inform the full name of witness B who witnessed the accident or of the one who first became aware of the fact.

Time away Inform the number of hours of leave used for costs.

Lost Hours Inform the amount of working hours lost with the accident.

Service Cost Inform the cost of each service.

Cost of Materials Inform the costs related to materials: machinery, equipment and other materials that have been lost or damaged.

Cost Fall Production
Inform the cost of falling production due to the accident.

Cost with Withdrawal Inform the calculated cost that corresponds up to 15 days of removal from the employee.

It allows to inform the code of the action plan that will be executed in order to eliminate the possibility of occurrence of the accident. In the footer of the screen the Plan button was made available to access the registration screen of the action plans. The registry will be positioned as the plan reported in the grid. By pressing the Plane button you can use the rule by process 611-Execute Custom Action Plan.

Allows you to report images related to the accident.

WAC Date
Record the opening date for this CAT. It can be for the Start, Reopen or Death Communication type.

CAT Type
Inform the type of Work Accident Communication (CAT):

1. Start - refers to the first communication of the accident or occupational disease
2. Reopening - when there is a resumption of treatment or removal due to aggravation of the injury (accident or illness previously reported to the INSS)
3. Death Communication - refers to the communication of death, as a result of an accident at work, which occurred after the initial CAT was issued. A copy of the death certificate and, where applicable, the autopsy report must be attached.

Date of Death
When the Work Accident Notice (CAT) is type 3, inform the date of death of the employee.

Initiative
Sets the reason the CAT was issued.

CAT Issued Inform whether the CAT was issued by the company or not.

Inform the date of the CAT issue. This field is required if the previous field has been filled out.

NR CAT
Enter the CAT number provided by the INSS. This information will be printed in PPP.

Kind of accident
Inform the code of the type of the accident that corresponds to the type of the accident at work.

Encoding Accident
Select the code that represents the type of work accident. The options follow Table 24 (Job Accident Coding) of eSocial, and the information is used for layout S-2210.

Last Day At Work Inform the date of the last day on which there was actually work of the accident, although the journey was not complete. The completion of this field becomes mandatory when there is record of remoteness.

Date Medical Care Inform the date the doctor performed the care of the injured person. When there is already a medical service related to the accident, pressing the care button will fill this field automatically according to the service data, linking it to the accident. Another way to link is to enter the same date as the call.

Medical Time Inform the time the doctor performed the care of the injured person. When there is already a medical service related to the accident, pressing the care button will fill this field automatically according to the service data, linking it to the accident. Another way to link is to enter the same time of service.

Time Out Ambulatory Record the time that the injured person left the clinic. When there is already an accident-related medical care, pressing the care button will automatically fill this field.

Date Return Consultation
Inform the date when the injured party should return for a new appointment.

Customer Service Inform the medical post where the accident occurred. When there is already medical care related to the accident, by pressing the Attendance this field will be filled automatically.

Duration Treatment (days) Corresponds to the number of days needed to treat the injured. If there is a medical care with leave related to this accident, the amount of days informed in the field will be recorded in this field. Duration Treatment which is located in the Removal of Health Care folder. In the case of an accident without leave, this field will be available for the user to inform the days.

Date of hospitalization
Inform the date of hospitalization of the accident.

Quit Work Inform if there is a need to leave work for treatment.

Clerk Inform the attendant who performed the service. When there is already medical care related to the accident, by pressing the Attendance this field will be filled automatically.

Area
Inform the attendant area. When there is already medical care related to the accident, by pressing the Attendance this field will be filled automatically.

Occurrence Inform the type of occurrence. Example: Hypertension, influenza, asthma, etc. When there is already medical care related to the accident, by pressing the Attendance this field will be filled automatically.

ICD 10
Inform the code of the disease according to ICD 10. When there is already an accident-related medical care, pressing the care button will automatically fill this field. This information will be printed in CAT field 62 according to the Probable Diagnostic parameter located in the accident definitions.

Subgroup CID
Inform the disease subgroup code when you don't have the certainty of disease. This field is automatically populated if the record of the occurrence has already been indicated subgroup code of CID.

CID 9
Record the disease code according to ICD 9.

Description Injuries
Describe the injuries suffered by the accident. Information to be printed in CAT field 60 according to the Nature Injury parameter, located in the accident definitions.

Likely Diagnosis
Inform the probable diagnosis of the accident.

Remarks Report Inform relevant details of the award.

Remarks CAT Space destined for some comment about the accident.

Year CAT
Corresponds to the year in which CAT is being registered. It serves as the basis for generating the sequential number of the CAT.

CAT number
Sequential number of CAT. Each year a new sequence is created. At the bottom of the screen is the button.

Absence
From the Date Clearance field, information about the employee's removal will be handled, generating a history for the employee. If there is a connection of a medical service with type of care equal to 5 - Work accident with removal through the button Attendance or by the registration in this screen of the Date and Time of the medical care fields equal to that of the Medical Care, the information from the field Date Past will be automatically suggested.

Date Past Inform the start date of the removal.

Clearance Time Inform the time of removal.

Situation Attested
Inform the status of the certificate that corresponds to the days paid by the company (as defined in the registration of the Medical License tab of the company register). Preferably use the type of situation 23.

Day Certificate
Enter the number of days of removal that are related to the situation in the previous field.

Time End Inform the end time of the removal. This field will be enabled when the number of days is equal to one. This will calculate the hours of removal.

Situation Removal Inform the situation of remoteness. In the case of an accident at work, the type of situation should be 4.

Days Removal Inform the number of days that the employee will be away. When this field is filled in, the End Date of Withdrawal field will suggest the end date.

Days Justified This field aims to simplify the developer's clearance record, i.e. to register a departure could say how many days were justified, without the need to report the situation to the customer service or in the record of the CAT, generating in this way only a record of removal with the situation Away from illness or Accident Work. This field is available if the situation of the attestation is not reported and the situation of departure have on your record a situation justified days reported (tables//situations).

Return Exam Inform whether or not to generate examinations on return of the removal.

Weather forecast
Report valid:

• Yes, the end date will be considered as a forecast date;
• No, the end date will be considered as the end date of the removal.

Final Date Pitch / Forecast Completion Based on the number of days reported in the Clearance Days field, you project the end date of the clearing if the previous field is entered N or the end date is reported if S.

Allows to detail the accident cause. This option will not be available in Personnel Administration.

Allows to detail the accident causative agents. This option will not be available in Personnel Administration.

It details the locations of the injuries suffered as a result of the accident.

It details the nature of the accident injuries. This option will not be available in Personnel Administration. This information will be listed in CAT field 60 if in the accident definitions 1 is indicated for the Nature Injury field.
