Exams Result
It allows the registration of medical and laboratory examinations of employees and candidates. Registration may be manual, through the generation of examination request or by means of routines that automatically generate exams, for example: Resignation, removal, etc.
The screen provides some important information about the treatment of test results:
- Attendant / ASO: it corresponds to the code of the attendant that generated the examination by the routine of generating request or by the service screen. The field ASO corresponds to the ASO code generated automatically through the ASO screen, also by the attendance;
- Nr. Lot: corresponds to the batch number generated by the generate request routine. This number is used to facilitate the identification of the generated exams and also for a possible exclusion of exams by lot. This deletion occurs on the Generate Request, Button Delete;
- Open / Finished: identifies whether the exam is open or completed. In the open condition, it allows the attendant to change the information. In the Completed situation, no change will be allowed, unless the user is allowed to reopen it by the button Reopen as indicated in the registry of the attendant. By button Conclude any attendant may complete an examination result, provided that the attendant's permissions are respected in the medicine settings.
In the record of the results of the exams it is possible to use the following rules by process:
- 534 - Apply Request Exams
- 535 - Change Request Exams
- 536 - Delete Request Exams
- 553 - Consistir result Exams
The process rules 534, 535 and 536 executed by this screen will be identified with the value 2 in the OriOpeExa system variable.
From this screen, you can also view the PPRA information of the employee medical records, using the button PPRA.

Under Investigation
There are cases in which the result of the examination is clear, that is, there is hearing loss, but it is necessary to verify that this loss can not be due to non-labor activities. In this case the company could not be held responsible for this result. The Examination that is checked that is under investigation, will appear in the PPP as "Abnormal - Non-Occupational", regardless of opinion.
- "S - Yes": the result of this examination is under investigation;
- "N - No".
- "S - Yes": the result of this exam will be considered in the PPP.
- "N - No": will not be considered.
- "S - Requested": corresponds to the situation of the examination that was only generated or registered;
- "R - Performed": corresponds the situation of the exams with results and opinion;
- "N - Not Performed": for some reason the examination did not happen;
- "C - Canceled".
Exam Type The exams can be of two origins:
- "R - Reference": corresponds to the first exam generated or one that will serve as a parameter for the subsequent one;
- "S - Sequential": corresponds to exams after the reference.
This field will not appear when you are defined in the Audiometry Settings, in Medicine> Audiometry> Definitions, field Results Audiometry = "1 - Consider by Ear".

Date Collection
Inform the date of collection of the toxicological examination. This information will be taken to the S-2200 and S-2206 layouts when the examination is of an admission origin.
Result Inform the result for the exam:
- "N - Normal": the test result is within acceptable standards;
- "A - Changed": There has been some result out of acceptable standards.
Notes
- In the interpretation of the exam will be adopted t
- he criterion: To be Normal, the two Ears should be Within Acceptable Limits. If any Ear is different, it will be considered as Changed;
- If the E
- xam is Changed, the system will characterize as Occupational or Non-Occupational;
- This field will not appear when you are defined in the Audiometry Settings, in Medicine> Audiometry> Definitions, field Results Audiometry is set to "1 - Consider by Ear".
Evolution Result Corresponds to the evolution of the result for examination.
- If it is a modified sequential examination and in some ear there was trigger or aggravation, in the course of the examination it is suggested that there was aggravation, because if one of these opinions was left, it is because the reference exam was better than the sequential one. So if the opinion of the right ear or the left ear is suggestive of PAINPSE trigger (4.2.1 or 4.2.2) or suggestive of aggravation of PAINPSE (4.2.3) the evolution of the examination is worsening. Otherwise the two ears is analyzed separately. If at least one of them has aggravated, it suggests as aggravation, otherwise it suggests as stable and if in both cases a regression of the loss does not suggest evolution, because in this case it is neither aggravation nor stable;
- This field will not appear when you are defined in the Audiometry Settings, in Medicine> Audiometry> Definitions, field Results Audiometry is set to "1 - Consider by Ear".
Occupational
Identify the status of the outcome:
- "O - Occupational": when the result for any of the ears is abnormal;
- "N - Non-occupational": when the result is abnormal and the opinion of the right ear or left ear is Not Suggestive of PAINPSE (4.1.3) or Within Acceptable Limits (4.1.1).
This field will not appear when you are defined in the Audiometry Settings, in Medicine> Audiometry> Definitions, field Results Audiometry is set to "1 - Consider by Ear".
Excessive Exposure Indicates if there was excessive exposure to the chemical agent, according to Table I of NR-7. This field is enabled only when the field Exam Status is set to "R - Done".
Interpretation exhibition
Information used for eSocial, S-2220 layout, interprExm field. When the company has the eSocial definitions for the active Safety and Medicine module, this information becomes mandatory.
The following is a description of the filling options according to NR7 - Table I:
- EE - the biological indicator is capable of indicating an environmental exposure above the tolerance limit, but does not have its own clinical or toxicological significance alone, ie it does not indicate disease, nor is it associated with an effect or dysfunction of any biological system;
- SC - in addition to showing excessive exposure, the biological indicator also has its own clinical or toxicological meaning, that is, it may indicate disease, be associated with an effect or a dysfunction of the evaluated biological system;
- SC + - the biological indicator has its own clinical or toxicological significance but, in practice, due to its short biological half-life, should be considered EE.

Values for Compliance
Average Ear Pressure (daPa) OD
Allows to enter values between -500 and +200 and these must be multiples of 50.
Maximum Relaxation (ml) OD
The values entered in this field can vary between 0.00 and 2.00 (two decimal places).
+ 200 daPa OD
The values entered in this field can vary between 0.00 and 2.00. But they are usually low values, close to 0 (zero). The field should receive values up to two decimal places.
Static Compliance (ml) OD
The values entered in this field can vary between 0.00 and 2.00 (two decimal places)
Gradient (ml) OD
Values can range from 0.00 to 2.00 (two decimal places)
Closing Point Chart (daPa) OD
In this field the value of the frequency at which the tympanometry chart is to be closed will be entered. In other words, since the user will not report the frequency values (from -500 to +200) in detail so that the system can assemble the Tympanometry graph, the graph will be assembled based on the compliance table information. This field should allow values between -500 and +200 that are multiples of 50. Normally it will receive value -200.

- The fields of "Immittanciometry - Values for Compliance" are used for the assembly of the tympanometry chart of the SMAU004.GER model. The rule that will follow for the assembly of the chart will be the following:
- The graph will basically have 3 points according to the values below:
- Point 1: Axis x = +200, Axis y = value entered in the "+ 200 daPa" field of the respective ear.
- Point 2: Axis x = value of the field "Average Ear Pressure (daPa)" of the respective ear, Axis y = value of the "Maximum Relaxation (ml)" field of the respective ear.
- Point 3: Axis x = value entered in the field "Chart Closing Point (daPa)" of the respective ear, Axis y = 0 (zero);
- The fields Static compliance (ml) and Gradient (ml) are only informative and will serve to complete the compliance table in the SMAU004.GER model, that is, these fields will not be used in the assembly of the Tympanometry chart.

Result - OD Inform the result for the exam:
- Normal, the test result is within acceptable standards.
- Changed, something out of acceptable standards has occurred.
- In the interpretation of the exam the criterion will be adopted: To be Normal, the ear should be Within Acceptable Limits. If the Exam is Changed, the system will characterize as Occupational or Non-Occupational. If the ear has a Suggestive PAINPSE (including Trigger or Aggravation) opinion it will be characterized as Occupational.
- This field will only appear when it is set in the Audiometry Settings (SM: Medicine> Audiometry> Settings) field Results Audiometry = "1 - Consider by Ear".
- This field will be required if the company activates eSocial and Date Result is greater than or equal to the date of use of eSocial.
Evolution Result - OD The evolution of the result for examination corresponds to:
- Improved;
- Stable;
- Aggravation.
- If an abnormal sequential examination is triggered or aggravated, in the course of the examination it is aggravation, because if it was one of these opinions is because the reference exam was better than the sequential. So if the right ear's opinion is suggestive of PAINPSE (4.2.1 or 4.2.2) or Suggested Worsening of PAINPSE (4.2.3) the evolution of the examination is of aggravation.
- This field will only appear when it is set in the Audiometry Settings (SM: Medicine> Audiometry> Settings) field Results Audiometry = "1 - Consider by Ear".
Occupational - OD
Identify the status of the outcome:
- Occupational when the result is abnormal.
