Knowledge
The knowledge which will be used by the company are registered in this option.
The knowledge may be acquired without necessity of training or improvement courses. An individual may acquire certain knowledge by self-studying (autodidact) or by learning a trade with a master. This knowledge will be used to identify employees who know certain subjects or activities required by the job.
- Knowledge of the English language (acquired knowledge due to having resided in the USA);
- Knowledge in HR Routines (Acquired working in HR area);
- Knowledge of Financial Calculations (Read several books on the subject);
- Knowledge in Sewing Embroidery Machine (acquired through previous job experience); and etc.
To check if the worker really have certain knowledge, it may be evaluated through theoretical and practical tests.
The Trainings and Jobs and Salaries modules, in the Development and Skills items (respectively), will allow the evaluation of knowledge and consequently
the certification of workers in this knowledge.
In the Recruitment and Selection module, the knowledge will be used in the triage and selection of external or internal candidates, according to the job requirements.
Family
Report the family of knowledge.
Knowledge
Indicate a code for each knowledge.
Description
Report the description of knowledge, for example, German language.
Certifiers
Report the certifiers of each knowledge. The certifiers may be co-workers, instructors, sector leaders or others.
Table of Grades
Report table of grades used in each knowledge.
Minimum Grade
Report the minimum grade in the knowledge.
Minimum Percentage
Report, if any, the minimum required percentage in each knowledge.
Practical Test
Report the code of practical test of this knowledge.
Theoretical Test
Report the code of theoretical test of this knowledge.
Months of Validity
Report the number of months that the knowledge will be considered as valid, if there is not, leave zeros. The filling out of this item will be directly interconnected with the information in the Validity Date item, which is in the Skills/Record of knowledge folder.
Detailed Evaluation
Report the code of the detailed evaluation to be used to evaluate this knowledge.
Detailed Description
Report the full description of knowledge.
Payroll calculation, including the update of indexes, entering of monthly debts, Transp. voucher integration, etc.
Web Curriculum
This field allows to identify the courses that will be available in the Web Curriculum.
Revision
This field presents the number of the knowledge review in which the worker has been trained.
