Family of Knowledge

In this option the user defines the grouping of subjects of improvement courses and knowledge.

The Knowledge family aims to group the knowledge about given subjects, that is, Knowledge that has some relation among other and that, due to any reason, they need to be grouped.

Note

If the company does not want to work with this parameter, the option is to register a single family, as other Knowledge, for example.

Family
Report the sequential number used to identify a knowledge family.

Description
Report the description of each knowledge family.

Language
Indicate the type of knowledge family relating to languages.

Note

Based on this information, when it comes to a family referring to languages in the knowledge record of the internal candidate as in the external candidate, there will be possibility to register the knowledge degree relating to the reading, writing and speaking.

Origin of Certification
It defines the origin when the skill used in the Certification:

A - Evaluation, the skill may be certified through the Results of Evaluations on the Certify Evaluations window;
T - Test, the skill may be certified only through the tests from the Trainings module;
R - Requirements, the skill may be certified only through its Requirements on the Certify Requirements window.

Note

This field (independently on what is set in it) does not influences in any automatic process of the system.

Assists in the Evaluation
It defines if the family can assist an Evaluation:

Y - Yes, the family will appear in the consultation of courses (trough the Courses button, from the Evaluation window), having influence only on the evaluator decision.
N - No, the family will not appear in the consultation of courses.
