Maintenance of Teachers
It allows to register and consult the activities and / or disciplines for the teachers. The fields shown on this screen may vary depending on the field Teachers available on the Company's register.
Duplicate Button
To facilitate the registration of schedules for the activities and subjects, it is possible duplicating the information of the previous period.
Information
Type of Teacher
Report if the teacher contract is:
- F- Full / Continuous Time: the system adjusts the hours of activities and subjects with the month hours of the teacher’s standard hourly schedule (schedule record) and pays the difference, if there is. However, in order this difference be paid, it is necessary having an item configured with feature 39S;
- H - Hourly paid: Pays only hours referring to activities and subjects.
Teacher Evaluation
Report if the teacher evaluation will be per standard hourly schedule or per the grid of activities and subjects.
- S - Standard Hourly Schedule: When this option is selected, the system cancels the teacher evaluation for a worker, that is, does not search for the activities and subjects, only paying the hours from the record of the standard hourly schedule;
- A - Teacher Activities: Pays the class hours registered for the activities and/or subjects, complementing with the difference of the standard hourly schedule in case the F - Full option has been indicated in the Type of Teacher field.
Teacher Apportionment
Defines the apportionment way of activities/subjects of teachers, and can be:
- R - According to the Reference: the system calculates the activities / disciplines by multiplying the hours by the hour hour and from the sum of these values makes the apportionment according to the number of hours for each launch;
- V - According to the Value: The system calculates the activities/subjects by multiplying the hours by the hour salary.
Note
Until the 5.4.1.54 version of the Personnel Management module, the option “R - According to the Reference” was the system default calculation.
Example:
Teachers with entries in activity 001, being 100:00 hours in the General apportionment with Hour Value R$ 4 and plus 60:00 in the Special apportionment with Hour Value R$ 6.
Using the option "R":
Calculation:
General apportionment = 100:00 * 4 = R$ 400
Special Apportionment = 60:00 * 6 = R$ 360
Total = R$ 760
Apportionment:
General apportionment = R$ 760/160:00 * 100:00 = R$ 475
Special Apportionment = R$ 760/160:00 * 60:00 = R R$ 285
Using the option "V":
Apportionment:
General apportionment = R$ 4 * 100:00 = R$ 400
Special Apportionment = R$ 6 * 60:00 = R$ 360
- The hour value is equivalent to the salary history of the employee or, depending on the example above, can be differentiated from the postings in the field Value, available in the Activities and Disciplines tabs;
- The old Routine of Teachers (Companies > Companies, Teachers field = H or M) does not treats night schedules, that is, schedules between 10 P.M to 5 A.M. Therefore, if an appointment of this type for a teacher, both the evaluation calculation and the allocation of time events will be incorrectly made. The new Routine of Teachers (Companies > Companies, Teachers field = P or S) treats correctly.
Activities
Beginning Date
Report when the registered activity begins.
Sequence
Report a sequence for each action activity. Thus, for the same beginning of validity, more than one activity can be registered.
End Date
Report the validity end date of the activity , if there is.
Activity
Report the activity that must be performed in the period informed.
Apportionment
Report the apportionment in which this activity will be considered. If there is more than one apportionment in which the activity must be apportioned, leave this field blank and use the Apportionment button to register the respective apportionment and percentages.
Clocks In/Out
Report if the teacher clocks in/out for this activity. The Time and Cafeteria Control module does not consider this information to calculate the evaluation, that is, if not treated via rule, this information becomes merely informative.
Hours Month
Report the quantity of hours of this activity corresponding to the month.
Hours Night Month
Report the quantity of night hours of this activity corresponding to the month. This field will be visible only when using the routine of Teachers with P option.
Hours Week
Report the quantity of hours of this activity corresponding to the week. This field will be visible only when using the routine of Teachers with S option.
Hours Night Week
Report the quantity of night hours of this activity corresponding to one week. This field will be visible only when using the routine of Teachers with S option.
Schedule 2a. Market
Report the Monday schedule for this activity. If none schedule is reported, the Time and Cafeteria Control module will consider as schedule the 9996-Day-off. This field will be disabled when using the routine of Teachers with options P or S.
Schedule 3a. Market
Report the Tuesday schedule for this activity. If none schedule is reported, the Time and Cafeteria Control module will consider as schedule the 9996-Day-off. This field will be disabled when using the routine of Teachers with options P or S.
Schedule 4a. Market
Report the Wednesday schedule for this activity. If none schedule is reported, the Time and Cafeteria Control module will consider as schedule the 9996-Day-off. This field will be disabled when using the routine of Teachers with options P or S.
Schedule 5a. Market
Report the Thursday schedule for this activity. If none schedule is reported, the Time and Cafeteria Control module will consider as schedule the 9996-Day-off. This field will be disabled when using the routine of Teachers with options P or S.
Schedule 6a. Market
Report the Friday schedule for this activity. If none schedule is reported, the Time and Cafeteria Control module will consider as schedule the 9996-Day-off. This field will be disabled when using the routine of Teachers with options P or S.
Saturday Schedule
Report the Saturday schedule. If none schedule is reported, the system will consider as schedule the 9996-Day-off. This field will be disabled when using the routine of Teachers with options P or S.
Sunday Schedule
Report the Sunday schedule. If none schedule is reported, the system will consider as schedule the 9996-Day-off. This field will be disabled when using the routine of Teachers with options P or S.
Salary Structure
Report the code of the salary structure, when the hour value of the activity refers to a class/ structure level.
Salary Class
Report the code of the salary structure class.
Salary Level
Report the code of the salary structure level.
Reference
This field does not have treatment by system. Serves only for use in rule, if necessary.
Value
When the hour value to be paid per activity is not the salary of the record neither from a salary structure, it can be reported in this field.
The old Routine of Teachers (Companies > Companies, Teachers field = H or M) does not treats night schedules, that is, schedules between 10 P.M to 5 A.M. Value
When the hour value to be paid per subject is not the salary of the record neither from a salary structure, it can be reported in this field.
