Grid of Subjects/Activities of Teachers
In this option it is possible to build the grid of activities and/or subjects for the teacher. The available fields may vary according to the indication of the Teachers field, available in the Company information.
Indicate the start period for consultation or inclusion. In the inclusion, when reporting the start period, it will be automatically loaded in the grid, when the schedules for activities and subjects are included. In the consultation, when reporting the start period, the system brings all workers with valid schedules from this date. If not reporting a start period, it brings all registered schedules for the worker.
Indicate, if there is, the final period for consultation and inclusion of schedules.
Indicate if the salary structure will be used in the information of schedules.
- Y - Yes. The Structure, Class and Level fields will be enabled in the grid, enabling a distinct salary structure for each activity and/or subject. This information overlaps the salary record.
- N - The salary structure will not be used. The system will consider the worker’s salary record in the calculation of activities and/or subjects.
Grid of Activities
Through this option it is possible to register the schedules of the activities of the teachers. For each activity it is possible to indicate a different salary structure and different apportionments.
Important
If not reporting a start period, the first period reported in the grid starts to be loaded in the other lines.
Activity
Report the activity that must be performed.
Description
Displays the description of the selected activity.
Hours Month
When the Teachers routine is used with the Y option, this field is available only for consultation, and is not editable.
Night Month Hours
This field will be visible only when using the routine of Teachers with P option.
Week Hours
This field will be visible only when using the routine of Teachers with S option.
Night Week Hours
This field will be visible only when using the routine of Teachers with S option.
Start Date
Report when the registered activity begins.
End Date
Report the validity end date of the activity , if there is.
Clocks In/Out
The Time and Cafeteria Control module does not consider this information to calculate the evaluation, that is, if not treated via rule, this information becomes merely informative.
Apportionment
If there is more than one apportionment in which the activity must be apportioned, leave this field blank and use the Apportionment button to register the respective apportionment and percentages.

Report the time of the activity for each weekday.
If none schedule is reported, the Time and Cafeteria Control module will consider as schedule the 9996-Day-off. This field will be disabled when the Teachers routine with P or Y option is used.
Structure
Report the code of the salary structure, when the hour value of the activity refers to a class/ structure level.
Total of Hours
The total of estimated hours for activities reported above is displayed in this field.
Details about the activities registered for the respective teacher can be reported in this field.
General Total of Hours
The total of estimated hours in the activities reported for the teacher is displayed in this field.
Subjects
Through this option it is possible to register the schedules of the teachers' disciplines. For each discipline it is possible to indicate a different salary structure and different apportionments.
Important
If not reporting a start period, the first period reported in the grid starts to be loaded in the other lines.
Subject
Report the subject that must be performed.
Hours Month
When the Teachers routine is used with the Y option, this field is available only for consultation, and is not editable.
