Verification of Evaluations
When in Others > Indications, Information tab, the Management per Competencies field is set as 3-Activate without legacy, this window is not displayed.
This process will use the result of previous evaluations to calculate per jobs the percentages of training and general skills in each one.
All results evaluated in the system are evaluated in terms of average and also in percentage.
The result of this process may be checked on window of Evaluations Results (located in the Jobs and Salaries module: Skills > Evaluations > Performance and Competency > Consultations > Evaluations Results, and in the Trainings module: Development > Performance Evaluation and Competency > Consultations > Evaluations Results).
Example of use of weights in performance and competence assessments
Cycle: Indicate the Cycle that the module must consider to perform the procedure. That is, in this field the user must indicate to which cycle will be searched the evaluations to be verified.
The Cycle Code field will be presented only if the Identifies Cycle indication from the General Definitions of Performance and Competency Evaluations window is different from 3-No.
Even if using Cycle in evaluations, it will be possible to evaluate the performance and competency evaluations that are with zeroed cycle. The result will always be per competency, then, if desiring to have the result of cycle evaluations and evaluations out of the cycle, the result must be evaluated in different competencies, even if for distinct jobs. When evaluating the evaluations without reporting the cycle, the system will consider only the evaluations that do not have the reported code of cycle.
In the Trainings module, this field will be available only if the Jobs and Salaries module is integrated with the database.
Beginning of Period: Indicate the date of beginning range that the module must consider to perform the procedure.
End of Period: Indicate the date of end range that the module must consider to perform the procedure.
Generate in the Period: Indicate the date of the generation in which the checked percentages must be considered.
Generate Laid-off: Indicates if the laid-off Workers must be considered.
Rule before Inserting: It checks if there is any consistence to be run before the evaluation routine deletes the registers from the table of results and inserts other (tabela R078AHC). For that, a Cancel(1) or Cancel(2) is required to exist in the rule (when the condition is met).
Rule After Including: The rule reported in this field will be called after including (R078AHC) the result of each worker (will be called at each evaluated worker) and will allow to change the registers that were already inserted on the database and the user fields through the ExecSQL.
For this rule are available only the registers from table R034FUN of workers whose results have been inserted.
The return of this rule is not treated, that is, it is not possible to cancel the running (cancel). For this purpose, the rule per process of evaluation must be used.
The rules per process below are available for this window:
599-Skills Assessment Scores (only when accessed via CS)
615-Determination of Evaluations - Final Result
655 - Excluding Salary Proposals
656 - Exclude Job Bids
From these data and the reported selection, the process will calculate the result of Workers’ evaluations.
Generated batch: When generating the result of evaluations, they will be identified by a Number of Batch that may be subsequently used to Delete collectively the results generated for a same Batch.
The routine of Verification of Evaluations works as follows:
For each Worker:
1. Delete the results already registered for the Worker in the period of generation;
2. Searches for the most recent concluded evaluation (considering the 03 types of Evaluation) in the period. The calculation of percentages is based on Evaluations carried out for the same Org. Unit and Job of most recent Evaluation.
3. Calculates the percentage of the Worker Knowledge, considering Evaluations for the same Org. Unit and Job of most recent Evaluation and, those concluded of the period. The average and the Knowledge percentage will be calculated considering the Weights of Evaluators (define in the Knowledge Definitions) and considering the Weights of Knowledge and of Technical Skills in the Blocks. The result of each Knowledge will be saved in the table R077MCN. For the calculation of the Worker Percentage, will be considered all knowledge or only the Required ones with the Evaluate Knowledge indication (on the General Definitions of Evaluations).
Note: if it is indicated as Y on the General Definitions of Evaluations window for the Items per Evaluation Focus option, the system will consider only the knowledge that is checked to be considered on the Technical Skills Information window.
4. calculates the Percentage of Worker’s Performance, Improvement and Training, considering the Evaluations carried out for the same Org. Unit and Job of most recent Evaluation and, those concluded of the period. The percentages are calculated considering the Weights of Evaluators (defined in the Performance Definitions) and considering the Weights of Technical Skills in the Blocks. The result of each Skill will be saved in the table R077MHT. For the calculation of the percentage for the Skill Improvement, it will be considered the complete Course and with situation of most recent Benefit and it must be valid. For the calculation of the percentage for Skill Training, it will be considered the Course as the definition of the Requirement in the Skill (complete or incomplete).
Note: if it is indicated as Y on the General Definitions of Evaluations window for the Items per Evaluation Focus option, the system will consider only the Skills that are checked to be considered on the Technical Skills Blocks Information window.
5. Calculates the percentage of Worker Excellence, and the system will consider the Evaluations carried out for the same Org. Unit and Job of most recent Evaluation and, those concluded of the period. The average and the percentage of Personal Skill will be calculated considering the Weights of Evaluators (defined in the Excellence Definitions) and considering the Weights of Personal Skills in the Blocks. The result of each Personal Skill will be saved in the table R079MHP.
Note: if it is indicated as Y on the General Definitions of Evaluations window for the Items per Evaluation Focus option, the system will consider only the Skills that are checked to be considered on the Personal Skills Blocks Information window.
6. If it is defined that the customer Uses the Worker Final Percentage (General Definitions of Evaluations), calculates the Final percentage according to the Knowledge, Performance, Excellence, improvement and Training Weights (also registered on the General Definitions of Evaluations window). If all the weights are zeroed, it calculates the arithmetic average.
7. The Result of each Worker is saved in the table R078AHC with the respective org. Unit and Job evaluated in the generation period.
The Evaluation Focus that have weight equal to zero (0) in the Knowledge, Performance and Excellence definitions (located in the Jobs and Salaries module: Skills > Evaluations > Performance and Competency > Definitions and in the Trainings module: Development > Performance and Competency Evaluation > Definitions) are not considered in the calculation of the respective evaluations;
In the calculation of the percentages of Knowledge and Skills, if all requirements have zeroed weights, the system will calculate the weighted average.
