Detailed Evaluation
When in Others > Indications, Information tab, the Management per Competencies field is set as 3-Activate without legacy, this window is not displayed.
On this window, the user may register the items to be used in the Detailed Evaluations of Technical Skills, Personal Skills and knowledge.
The detailed evaluation has as its main functionality to enable that a worker assigns more than one grade to an item to be evaluated.
Example:
A worker who has more English Knowledge, may be evaluated in the speaking, writing and reading items, which represent three distinct grades. They may be subsequently calculated by a rule (Rule per Process 223) and transformed into a single grade, which is the knowledge grade itself.

Description
Name or title of the detailed evaluation.
Items Grid
Code of the item of Detailed Evaluation. In this folder it would be registered the speaking, writing and reading items.
Description
Description (title) of the item.
Table of Grades
Table of grades that will be used to evaluate this item of detailed evaluation.
