Consultation Disabled people

Resolution 630 INSS of 10/20/98 determined that forms of supervision, evaluation and control of companies should be established to ensure the filling of vacancies reserved for rehabilitated beneficiaries or disabled person according to a table of percentages per employee range.

The of the disabled in the register of the employee and with this can control the required percentages of people in these conditions hired by the company.

The final date, in which the module must proceed the consultation, can be defined by the Date field. The check box Show Only Places / C. Costs with PcD can also be used to display only the places / c people with disabilities.

Show Rehabilitated

Considers rehabilitated workers and presents them in the consultation.

Note

In cases where a worker has indicated Y in the employee register for the Disabled field and Y for the Rehabilitated field, it will be considered in the consultation as being Disabled.

Type of Worker

Defines, through the selection boxes, if the consultation must consider workers of types Partner and/or Third Party.

Type of Contract

Considers the type of contract in the consultation, through the available selection boxes.

Each option also enables to define if the type of contract:

Shows and Counts - this type of contract will not be presented in the consultation, but will be considered in the counting;
Shows and Does Not Count - this type of contract will not be presented in the consultation, but will not be considered in the counting;
Does Not Show and Does Not Count - this type of contract will not be presented in the consultation and will not be considered in the counting;

Org. Unit/Cost Center Grid

In this grid all the System's Cost Centers / Centers are shown, or only those that have people with disabilities, as defined in the Show Only Locations / Centers of Cost with PcD (People with Disabilities).

PcD Occupational Grade

In this grid all the occupants of the selected Location / Cost Center in the Upper Grid are shown. People with disabilities, describing (if registered) their respective Disabilities.

In the chart, located on the bottom of the window, the following fields are displayed:

The values presented in the chart will be presented based on the quantity of disabled workers and also based on the quantity of rehabilitated workers when the Show Rehabilitated option is selected.

Occupants
Company: number of active occupants in the Company.
Org. Unit/Cost Center: number of occupants of the Org. Unit/Cost Center selected in the superior grid.
PcD
Company: number of active occupants in the Company who are People with disabilities.
Location / Cost Center: number of occupants of the selected Cost Location / Center in the upper grid that are People with disabilities.
% Occupation PcD
Company:percentage of active occupants in the Company who are People with disabilities.
Location / Cost Center: percentage of occupants of the selected Cost Location / Center in the upper grid that are People with disabilities.
Ideal %
Company: ideal percentage of active occupants in the Company that are People with disabilities.
Location / Cost Center: ideal percentage of occupants of the selected Cost Location / Center in the upper grid that are People with disabilities.
Note: the ideal percentage of the company must be registered in Tables > General > % Disabled People.
Vacancies PcD
Company: number of vacancies available in the Company People with disabilities according to what already exists and the ideal.
Location / Cost Center: number of places available in the selected Cost Location / Center in the upper grid for People with disabilities according to what already exists and the ideal.

After demonstration of percentages of disabled, according to the period selected, the user may also consult according to the Org. Unit/Cost Centers that the company uses. To do this simply position the cursor on the line of the jurisdiction in which you want to query and click on the Occupation.
