Delivery of Documents

Through this screen you can change the Status and the Delivery date of the documents of the collaborators. This can be done by typing the document number or reading it through a bar code reader. To read the barcode, the focus must be positioned in the Document field.

Important

The communication with the barcode reader is configured in the Time and Cafeteria Control module, in Collectors > ID Cards > ID Card Reader. Therefore, the use of barcode readers will be available only when the Time and Cafeteria Control module is present in the license file.
The reader available to control documents is PS2, Serial and USB.
The use of barcode readers will not be available when the system is accessed via Windows Access or BrowserAccess.

To update the Status and the delivery date of a document, just report the desired status and pass the barcode in the barcode reading. With that, right below the Document field, a message will be displayed, to confirm if the document was successfully updated.

The manual update of a document is done by filling out the Status, followed by the document number and clicking the Change button.

Important

The delivery date that will be saved will be always the current date (date of the database server).

When changing the status of a document that was as S - Returned Without Signature or A - Returned Signed, before changing it, the system will show the user a confirmation message. The status and the document delivery date will be used only if the user click on “Yes” on this message.

Important

This window can display a behavior a bit slow due to communication with the barcode reader.

Status

Report the new status for the document, which may be:

A - Returned Signed
S - Returned Without Signature

Reason

Report the reason for the document be returned without signature. This field will be enabled only when the S- Returned Without Signature option is selected in the Status field.

The reasons are registered through the Reasons window.

Document

Report the number of the document that will be updated. This number may be obtained through the barcode reading.

When leaving the Document field, the routine that updates the document typed or read through a Serial, PS2 or USB reader is automatically updated.
