Search of Jobs and Positions

Through this window it is possible to select Jobs and Positions for the Group of Requirements. This window is called by the Search field, available in the Jobs and Positions tab, from the Group of Requirements tab (Jobs > Requirements > Group of Requirements).

Select the checkbox of the items that must be considered in the search:

• Jobs
• positions

Structure of Positions, Job, Hierarchy and Career

When reporting more than one, write each item between quotes and separate them by semicolon.

Structure Code, Position Code, Company, Branch, Org. Chart, Org. Unit

When reporting more than one, write each item between quotes and separate them by semicolon.

Validity

Report the desired interval of dates. It is mandatory to report the start date, being that the consultation date is automatically suggested by the system.

Buttons on the Lateral Part of the Window

Show

Click this button to display the result of the filters defined. It is possible to display results right after defining the Consider Consultation field.

Apply

Click this button to select the jobs or positions for the Group of Requirements.

Results Grid

This grid displays the searched results, with the following information:

• Add
  This field has a checkbox, and only the results with a selected box may be applied to the Group of Requirements.
• Type
• Structure
• Structure Description
• Item
• Item Description
