Type of Worker Scenery
Report the type of worker, being that, considers all types in case any type is not reported.
Note
This field will be available only for scenery defined per Org. Unit/Job or Cost Center/Job when the company uses Type of Vacancy (Headcount: Companies > Companies, Controls Type of Vacancy field = Y or for scenery defined per Position.
Worker
Allows to treat only some workers or leave blank to consider all.
Worker Scenario
Report the code of the workers who must be calculated, being that, considers all in case any worker is not reported.
- The Worker range has as main functionality to enable that values from one or more workers be recalculated, facilitating the conference. When everything is checked, it is advisable to carry out the complete calculation, without comprehensiveness.
- When a Collaborator scope is reported, only the values of the collaborators of the coverage will be recalculated and the frame variation will not be calculated.
- When reporting a Worker range or Type of Worker (when the company is using Type of Vacancy or for scenery defined per position), it will not be possible to report the range of Org. Unit/Cost Center and Job or position. And when reporting the range of Org. Unit/Cost Center or position, the Type and Worker fields will be disabled.
Knowledge Family
Indicate knowledge family(ies). Only the jobs that have this families of knowledge registered as prerequisite will be analyzed.
Report the Branch(es) of the workers that must be analyzed.
Org. Unit
Report the Org. Unit(s) of the workers to be analyzed.
Although it is impossible to report the Partial code of org. unit (followed by “==”) this range only works if the complete codes of org. units are reported.
Report the org. unit of the scenery.
(C). Cost
Report the cost center(s) of the workers to be analyzed.
In the routine for Integration of Budget Values from the Headcount module, a validation of the cost centers reported in the selection will be run, to identify any pending with another cost center that is not in the cost center selection reported.
Example:
Range: C.Centers -> "11","12","13","14"
Selection: C.Centers -> "11","12"
Transfer of Cost Center
Origin ---> Destination
11---> 12 => OK, because the origin and destination cost center are in the selection;
11---> 13 => Error, because the destination cost center is not in the selection and is part of the user range;
14---> 11 => Error, because the origin cost center is not in the selection;
11---> 20 => OK, because the origin cost center is in the selection and the destination does not belong to the user range.
- When the target cost center is not in the selection and does not belong to the user scope, the system understands that the transfer is OK.
- When some cost centers of the selection do not pass through validation, the integration process will abort and display the message to the user.
- When the cost centers of the selection pass through the validation, the integration process will integrate only the cost centers of the selection.
Type of Contract
Indicate only some types of contract, or leave blank, when you want all them.

Type of Salary
Indicate only some types of salary , or leave blank, when you want all them.

Report the salary structure.
Report the salary class. If a structure is reported in the Structure range, the system will present only the classes registered for the structure reported.

Career
Report the codes of the careers you want to perform the range.
Stability
Report the stability codes you want to perform the range.
Area
Report the desired areas for consultation. The comma (,) can be used to intersperse and the hyphen (-) for a sequence.
Occurrence
Report the desired occurrences for the consultation. The comma (,) can be used to intersperse and the hyphen (-) for a sequence.
Attendant
Report the code of the medical service which generated the medical prescription. The comma (,) can be used to intersperse and the hyphen (-) for a sequence.
Medical Forms
Allows to select certain medical forms or leave blank to select all. The comma (,) can be used to intersperse and the hyphen (-) for a sequence.
Scheduling Reason
Report the reason to be presented in the grid. The reasons can be: consultation or meeting.
Type of served
Report the type of served to which you want to classify the information.
Report the types of the workers to be analyzed.
Report the shift(s) of the workers that must be considered.
Report a position range. This field will be available only when the routine of position is active.
Report a ERPP (Environmental Risk Prevention Program) range. This field will be available only when the routine of EHG is active.
Report the EHG (Exposure Homogeneous Group) range. This field will be available only when the routine of EHG is active.
Report the schedule (s) of the workers that must be considered.
Group Course
Report the group(s) of other courses that will be considered.
Admitted from
Report the initial day, month and year to consider the admitted.
Admitted until
Report until which day, month and year the admitted will be considered.
Budget Items
Report the range of the item in the budget calculation. Being that, the items that are calculation basis of other items will not be calculated and, in case the range item is not basis to another item, this item will have all its dependent items recalculated.
Example:
- Includes the item 5 in the range and this item has in the Items folder (information of Budget Items) the items 12 and 27 as basis. The item 12 has dependents but the item 27 has the item 10- Nominal Salary as calculation basis. It means that all items which have the nominal salary item as calculation basis, be recalculated. At first, it will be advantage having the range of items to recalculate items which do not have any calculation basis, or which are only items of special rule.
This range is available only in the calculation of budget per scenery.
Procedures
Report the medical procedures which will be considered in the range.
Report the service status according to the types available.
Report the type of service.
Prescribed Medicine
Report the medicines which have been prescribed by the medical service, through the medical prescription.
Medicine
Report the medicines which have been prescribed by the medical service, through Medicines button.
Item
In the process to Perform Calculation, when an item in this range is selected, the system will recalculate only the workers who have this item in the financial statement. If it is the first calculation of the selected definition, none worker will be calculated, because there still not have items in the financial statement.
CPF*
Report the number of desired CPF*. Workers who have this CPF* will be made available on the window for the PPP* Generation.
Collector
Report the collectors that have appointment of vaccines.
Available when using the license file with the routine of position. This field is displayed only on some windows which use this routine.
PcD Define the characteristics of the stations that should be considered in relation
The selection box called “Non-Featured” accompanies the ranges related to the position features. When selected, makes that positions which such feature are not considered.
