Analytics Round: OEE Indicators
The OEE monitoring indicators (Overall Equipment Effectiveness, or General Equipment Effectiveness) have an easy visualization in a panel format, allowing a complete view of the management data.
Through filters, it is possible to perform various control actions, such as configuring the visualization, exporting in PDF or PNG formats and viewing the DataSet data.
How to access and use
Access to the OEE information panel must be done by senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Round X > Analytics Round > OEE Indicators.
The availability of information refers to devices registered with Ronda senior X and data related to these devices.
In the upper right corner of the screen, you can use some buttons to update and expand:
Automatic Update
The button allows the manager to configure the automatic update of the Analytics Ronda panel. It is possible to configure with the options:Do not update, Update every 1m, Update every 5m, Update every 10m, Update every 15m, Update every 30m It isUpdate every 1h.
Button
Allows manual updating of the panel and informs the date and time of the last update.

Enables screen expansion, ensuring a complete viewing mode. To exit full screen mode, press theEsc.
Data visualization
The Analytics panel is made up of several sections of information, which provide numbers and graphs with indicators.
Button
Each data section has, in the upper right corner, a button with a column icon with three lines. When you click it, the following buttons are shown (the availability of some of the buttons varies with each data section):
- Filters: allows you to configure the filters in that section when opening a screen with Sorting and Filters options;
- To update: performs the update only for that specific section;
- Export PDF: when selected, the section data is automatically exported to .pdf format, allowing the recording of that specific record under the manager's control;
- Export PNG: allows exporting data from the selected section to a .png image file. The generated file is automatically saved on the device connected to the Ronda senior X;
- Full screen: makes the graph occupy the entire size of the screen, for better viewing;
- View Data: the button expands the section's DataSet data. On the screen, it will also be possible to export the data in .csv format using the buttonExport CSV.
Analytics Information OEE Indicators
The OEE Analytics Indicators are divided into two views, each with different information. To change views, click on the spheres
which indicate the page currently shown, at the bottom of the screen. Each sphere shows a specific view.
Overview
Access control OEE (15 days)
Line graph that displays the average of the three indicators (device availability, access performance and access quality) per day, over the last 15 days.
Device availability
Percentage that shows the time the devices were online (that is, available) in relation to the total operating time, during the last 30 days. This chart does not cover the current day, that is, the 30-day interval takes into account the day before the current day.
Current day access performance
Percentage showing access events allowed (that is, not blocked) out of all access events, for the current day.
Current day access quality
Percentage showing access events that occurred when the device in question was online, out of all access events, for the current day.
Top 10 locations with the lowest device availability in the last 12 months

Top 10 worst performing locations
