With the Recruitment Management you can manage the candidates' path in the company, from the curriculum registration to the hiring process. You can search for the better-suited candidates, curriculums, monitor job openings, the average hiring time, job applications, among others.
The Remuneration Management brings a unified view of the information that influences the workers' salary raises and promotions. This view shows the relationship between the workers' remuneration and their performance, for assertive decision-making.
Climate monitoring and organization culture evaluation can be made with Moods - Continuous Climate Survey. Through a ludic, quick and confidential manner, the worker states his or her feelings towards the organization and the manager monitors the results in real time after each pulse.
The solution allows the scheduling of visits, the monitoring of visitor entries and exits, the search for visited people and also the issuance of temporary credentials for people active in the company. In addition to this, the solution recudes the waiting time of visitors at the lobby, allows total control and tracking over them and guarantees the execution of security procedures.
A solution that allows you to view and receive people remotely using cameras to monitor the arrival of visitors, open the door, registers their entries and grant them access credentials. All without needing to have someone physically present in the lobby.
This feature allows you to monitor images, devices, events and incidents. With the Analytics you can consult a variety of information in real time, related to every physical location in the company.
