Range
The registration ofscope is performed on the Roles screen (on Ronda senior X and senior X Platform), and only administrator users have access to it.
Important
With the aim of incorporating the permissions, scope and customization resources of the senior X Platform into the Ronda Senior screens, we are developing new versions of the Ronda senior (Senior Round > General records > Roles), as in the Platform (senior X Platform > Technology > Administration > Authorization > Role Management).
This is due to the fact that some routines on the old screens use the Ronda Senior role scopes, and the new versions of the Ronda senior X screens use the senior X Platform role scopes.
The need to register in both locations is temporary, as when all Ronda Senior screens have been changed to use the senior X Platform resources mentioned above, coverage registration will only be carried out on the platform.
What you can do:
- On senior X Platform > Access Control and Security Management > General registers > Roles;
- Find the desired role or add one by clicking on Add and filling out the requested fields;
- After finding the role, in the Range section, click on Edit. In case of a new register, in the same section, click on Add range;
- Inform the different roles, physical locations, groups, types of occurrences, companies, branches, cost centers, positions, organizational charts and contracts that will be part of the scope. People who have this role associated with them will only see the items defined in this screen.
If no value is associated with a range, people who have this role can see all data of this type (group, role or physical location).
To delete a range, find the desired role and, in the Range section, click on Edit and on the icon that represents a trash can beside the item you want to delete.
User "Anderson" is associated with the "Coordinator" role, which has a range defined for the "Worker" role. Therefore, he may manipulate any register type associated with the "Worker" role, but will not be able to view any other registered role.
As the "Coordinator" role has no range defined for other items, such as group, physical location and organizational structure, user "Anderson" may access any register without restrictions.
- After registering or changing the scope of the Ronda senior X Role, access senior X Platform > Technology > Administration > Authorization > Role Management.
- Locate the role of senior X Platform corresponding to the role of Ronda senior X. If this role does not exist, we suggest creating it with the name "Ronda -" plus the name of the role in Ronda senior This is the standard adopted in the migration of permissions and scope.
- AccessFilters tab and locate the Ronda senior X Service to which the filter will be applied, as desired.
- Add filters as needed.
Important
The user must add all the people who have the role of Ronda senior X to the new role on the platform.
We have changed the scope of the Contributor role of Ronda senior X. So, we must access senior
