Schedules
Register schedules to control the time during which a person may access a location, the workdays of the workers and the permissions. Schedules can also be used associated with the roles, which in turn control the timeslot of the schedule. This way, allow certain roles (and the people associated with them) to have access to locations according to the parameterized scales.
What you can do:
The schedules are composed by one or more days, which may be divided into timeslots.
- In senior X Platform, go to Access and Security Management > Access Control > Scales and clickTo add;
- In Data, fill in the schedule Name and its Start date;
- Then, in Registered schedules, define the Start date and the End date of the timeslot on which the worker may have access to the location during the day in question;
- To add a timeslot to this day, click on Add timeslot;
- If you click on Generate fixed schedule, fields will be provided to fill in the timeslots of the seven days after the start date;
- Click on Save.
Check the No timeslots registered checkbox for the days on which the person must not access the location.
Note
The time of the slots must start and end on the same day. The timeslots of locations must be inside the schedule time so that the access to these locations is allowed. In case there is a location with timeslots out of the schedule, the access will be denied.
To make this relationship, the scale must already be registered in the senior X Platform > Access and Security Management > Access control > Devices > Scales.
- Go to General registrations >Roles;
- Click on Add, fill in the Name of the role and define whether the credential is a Temporary use credential. If the role is already registered, find its register and click on it to edit it;
- In the Validations panel, select the itemControls the person's time slot as "Enabled";
- In the field that shows up, find a schedule, click on it to associate it with the role and then click on Select;
- Click on Save.
Note
Each role can be associated to only one schedule. However, a schedule can have many roles related to it.
Note
The permissions must be configured at senior X Platform > Technology > Administration > Authorization > Role Management.
