Mobile Device Registration
To use theRoutine Management application, the operator's mobile device must be properly registered and activated.
This control can be done through the senior X platform, where a code is generated and must be used for thetoken validation upon first accessing the application.
How to access and add devices
Mobile devices can be added to the senior X Platform access > Access and Security Management | Round X > Routine Management > Mobile Devices > Registration. On the page, you can search for already registered phones, add new devices and generate the application access code.
Filters
The filter section is used to carry out searches related to devices registered in the system.
To view the fields, click on the plus icon and fill in according to the filtering need:
- Name: if you know the name of the mobile device to be filtered, add the information in this field;
- Telephone: allows you to enter the telephone number registered for filtering;
- Status: Select the status option to be filtered betweenActive,Inactive orAll;
- Platform: enter the platform of the device to be filtered, select betweenAndroid oriOS.
After filling in the fields, use the buttonFilter to complete and view the search result.
Mobile devices
In this section you can view all registered mobile devices. The information is divided into columnsIdentifier,Mobile Device Name,Telephone,Status It isPlatform.
In columnActions, the system allowsTo edit To edit or Delete Delete a device selected using icon-shaped buttons.
To add
Use this button to open a new window to insert a mobile device.
Mobile Device Name
Indicates the name of the mobile device to be added to Routine Management.
Telephone
Allows you to add a cell phone number to the device. Only valid telephone numbers in the format +XX or (XX) with 8 or 9 digits will be accepted. Examples: +55 (00) 1 2345-6789, (00) 1 234-56789 or (00) 1 234-5678.
Platform
Select between Android or iOS platforms to indicate the operating system used on the mobile device.
Status
Inform betweenActive orInactive for the status of the device to be added. The statusActive allows access to the Routine Management application, as devices defined asInactive, their access will be revoked.
Note
When a mobile device has its status classified asInactive, it will not generate an activation code. If there is a cell phone linked to the deactivated code, when entering the Routine Management application, you will be asked to use a new code.
Generate application access code
To access the Routine Management application, the manager or person responsible will need to generate an activation code for the firstLogin to the platform.
To generate this code, perform the following steps:
- On the Mobile Devices page, identify the registered device and use the buttonActions;
- With the buttonActions selected, clickTo edit;
- A new page will open, with information for editing and new fields;
- In the fieldActivation code, Click on the buttonGenerate new to generate the access code;
- Use the generated code to enter the Routine Management application.
After activating the cell phone using the code, the fieldsActivation date,Identifier generated for the Mobile Device It isUser who activated the Mobile Device will be filled automatically.
Important
It will be necessary to generate a new code whenever the device/mobile device is changed or when the application's cache/memory is cleaned.
