Checklist Report
The Checklist Report in Routine Management is a functionality that allows managers to analyze information from checklists carried out by operators. This page offers detailed data about the control points and the status of each checklist.
Managers can use this report to obtain an overview of the checklists carried out by operators, being able to view information such as the status of each control point, their schedules and checklist status according to detailed compliance.
Furthermore, it is possible for managers to export data to different formats, depending on the specific needs of each management. This enables reports to be shared with other interested parties or used for customized analysis and reporting.
How to access and use
To access the Routine Management Checklists report, go to senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Round X > Routine Management > Report > Checklist Report.
Parameters
Run/Schedule
SelectTo execute if you want to issue a report on time andTo schedule if you want to schedule daily reporting at a defined time. A scheduled report is sent via platform notifications.
To use scheduled reports, see thenecessary settings.
Checkpoint
This field allows you to filter the Control Point that will be used to generate the checklist report.
Scheduling
Allows you to filter by the desired schedule for generating the checklist report.
Checklist Situation
Allows you to filter checklists according to the situation. Select betweenAll,According to orNon-Compliant.
Execution/Scheduling
Start date It isEnd Date
Filter the dates required for the report according to start and end. Use the button in the form of a calendar icon to view and select dates.
Start Time It isEnd time
Use the fields to filter the start and end times of the checklists required for the report.
Export
Format
Allows you to select the report export format. The options are:PDF,CSV,HTML,XLSX, XML ,ODT It isRTF.
Shipping
Allows you to select the shipping type when exporting the report. The options are:Do not send,Attached e-mail It is Email link.
When selectingAttached e-mail or Email link, the fields will be displayedSubject,For,CC (with copy) and Bcc (with blind copy), to enter recipient data.
Available for (days)
Allows you to select the days on which the report will be available.
Report timezone
Allows you to enter the time zone related to the report to be exported. Currently, the system has the following options:Do not inform timezone,America/DeNoronha (GMT-2), America/Sao_Paulo (GMT-3) , America/Manaus (GMT-4) ,Brazil/Acre (GMT-5) It isDo not apply timezone.
Settings for scheduled reports
To use the schedule report functionality, thepermissions editing and viewing functions for the res://senior.com.br/platform/scheduler/job resource are required.
To delete created schedules, you must access the platform's scheduling screen, in the Technology > Customization > Scheduling menu. On this screen, locate the "Platform" item through the filter, and then look for the "Report" option. By expanding it, the created schedules can be viewed, edited and also deleted.
