Scope - General registrations and access control
Coverage
To register a scope:
- Access Technology > Administration > Authorization > Paper management;
- In the Roles section, search for the role you want and clickTo edit. If you need to register a role, clickNew role;
- In the Settings section, on the Filters tab, search forsam;
- Click the arrow next tosam/application and then inNew;
- Fill in the fields of the desired scope;
- click inTo save.
The scope can be applied to role, group, physical location, company, branch, cost center, position, organizational chart, other companies and contract.
Below are the screens, sections and fields that apply this scope in Ronda senior X.
Virtual barriers
Until thenVirtual barriers will only return barriers whose devices 1 and 2 are configured with a physical location defined in scope for the current user. If there is no scope configured, all virtual barriers will be displayed on the screen.
When adding or editing a virtual barrier, in the search fieldsDevice 1 It is Device 2 Only devices whose physical location meets the scope defined for the current user will be displayed. If there is no scope configured, all devices will be displayed.
Cameras
Until thenCameras will only display cameras from physical locations that meet the scope defined for the current user. If there is no scope configured, all cameras will be displayed on the screen.
When adding or editing a camera, in the fieldLocal Only physical locations will be displayed according to the scope defined for the current user. If you do not have any scope configured, all physical locations will be displayed.
Groups
Until thenGroups will only return groups (and their hierarchies) that comply with the scope defined for the current user. If you do not have any scope configured, all groups will be displayed on the screen.
