Fields
Customize entity fields according to each company's needs through this senior X Platform functionality. When making any changes, they will be valid for all tenant users.
What can you do:
- Access Technology > Customization > Fields;
- Choose the domain, service and locate the entity that will be customized. click inEntity to access your information and check the system's standard (represented with a padlock icon) and custom fields. To create a new field, clickNew;
- Inform theField ID, and define whether it will be active or not;
- InField label, enter the name that will be displayed on the entity screen and enter its type;
- In the fieldValidation Reg[^A-Za-z0-9_].
- InTooltip, add an explanation about the field, which will be displayed as a hint on the help icon;
- If necessary, create a mask for the field:

- - Any letter;
- 9 -
- Any number;* - Any letter or number;? - Make any part of the mask optional.
For example: (99) 9?999-9999, AAA-999.* and 999.999.999-99.
- For services that support LGPD - General Personal Data Protection Law in the customized fields, an option will be presentedLGPD Support When enabled, it will be possible to configure the field to be part of the data processed by the LGPD. When configuring the field you will have the optionLegal Obligation, to define whether the field will store tax information. A legal obligation is understood to be information that meets the legal basis for complying with tax legislation and cannot be excluded. When determining a field as part of the LGPD, it cannot be removed from the LGPD settings.
- click inTo save on the Custom Field screen and Entity.
Note
- The fieldsLabel translation key, Tooltip translation key It isResource they are created automatically and made available for viewing on the field editing screen after saving;
- If the field type isEnumeration, the fields will be displayed:Allow selecting more than one value It isAdd/Change Options, for data entry configuration.
- Editing or deleting fields must be carried out in Technology > Customization > Fields;
- Choose the domain, service and locate the entity that will be customized. click inEntity to access your information and check custom fields (represented with a user icon);
- You can only edit the following fields:Display order,Active ,Field label ,Field type ,Validation Regex , Tooltip It isMask;
- click inDelete for deleting a custom field;
- click inTo save on the Custom Field screen and Entity.
Only editing of custom fields is allowed. Furthermore, deleting a custom field is not recommended, only deactivating the field.
Go to Technology > Customization > Fields to inactivate a field. Select the domain, service, and then the entity where you want to inactivate the field. After that, select the field you want to deactivate and clickTo edit. In the fieldActive, change the selection toNo and clickTo save in the entity.
Grades
- To view custom fields, View permission is required on the resource res://senior.com.br/field/customization, in addition to custom resources created automatically after the field is created;
- To change the display order of fields, click on a field and drag to the desired position.
