Dynamic visions - Career and Succession
As visões dinâmicas são recursos da senior X Platform que permitem consultar e exportar dados em forma de relatórios.
Estes dados podem ser usados também para construir uma visão gerencial personalizada, usando o Analytics Studio.
Usar as visões dinâmicas para emitir relatórios
Os dados são agrupados por visões (views), sendo que cada visão serve para buscar tipos diferentes de informações.
As visões podem ser selecionadas na tela de cadastro das visões dinâmicas, em:
- Tecnologia > Customização > Relatórios > Visões dinâmicas
Depois de selecioná-las,
Também é possível automatizar a execução desses relatórios, clicando em Agendar Execução. O agendamento permite selecionar o formato desejado (PDF, XLS, entre outros) e a forma de entrega (via notificação da plataforma ou por e-mail).

Usar os dados das visões com o Analytics Studio
O Analytics Studio permite cruzar as informações contidas nas tabelas das visões, com a finalidade de criar gráficos e visões gerenciais dessas informações. Esta ferramenta auxilia na análise dos dados e na tomada de decisão.

When the module provides a new view, so that it can be selected when creating a dynamic view, it is necessary to access the senior X platform with a useradministrator and update thereporting database.
