OSH Integrator

Senior X Platform's OSH Integrator facilitates the integration of information related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) between the company and an OSH provider, in a scenario where the company has a provider managing its safety and health information.

One of the OSH Integrator's purposes is supplying the workers' register data between Senior solutions to a provider who, in turn, maintains the data regarding the OSH. It also sends OSH events to eSocial.

Thus, the solution keeps the information up-to-date between and employer's and the provider's systems, supporting services executed by the provider and facilitating the employer's work with the declaration of Safety and Health information for eSocial.

The management of the company's health and security department matters, such as ERPP, Occupational Health Certificates or PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program), is not an objective of the OSH integrator.

Functionalities

Integration of employee data and OSH events

Integration ofemployee information* and twoOSH events of eSocial between Senior's Personnel Management and the SST provider's system.

* Only Employee and Third Party employee types are supported. Workers of the Partner type are not supported.

Monitoring pending integration

Monitor and control the transmission of information between Senior and the SST provider's systems, facilitating the operation and management of integrated data.

Generation of SST event files

Generate the SST event XML files, either through integration with the provider or through the manual registration of information. All in compliance with the eSocial requirements.

Monitoring the sending of events to eSocial

Keep track of pending shipments of the events that were successfully generated and handle the ones that are rejected.
