General Aspects of Clocking Event 2.0 | HCM
General aspects and features of the application:
Offline clocking events
The clocking events can be performed when the application is offline. However, some restrictions must be considered:
- when deactivating a senior X Platform employee, the user still has access to the application until they log in again. After that, that employee will no longer have access to clocking in/out events;
- the manager must be aware that when reading the clocking events there may be clocking events from days prior to the synchronization, since users may take time to perform the synchronization;
- the user can make clocking in/out events in periods of removal. This must be dealt with by the company, as the clocking events are not blocked, being inserted into the database. In this case, managers must make adjustments manually. The current ordinance does not allow the blocking of clocking events;
In order to avoid location fraud via GPS, through the use of an application that simulates another location, the application validates the clocking in/out event. However, there is no complete guarantee that there will be no fraud. Therefore, as it is a corporate application, we recommend that the administrator and/or manager monitor and take responsibility for the use of the application by their employees.
View information of subordinates
Viewing Employees is available to the Manager at the next level. That is, only they will have access to view the information of their subordinates. If you use the Time and Cafeteria Control module or Personnel Management, from the Human Capital Management | HCM, or the Ronda Senior system, is available in two forms:
- Leader: the routine that returns leader to the Employee is done through the company registration screen ( FR030EMP ). When Employees are sent, it is triggered and already parameterized to consider an exception (table Exceptions in the Staffing Table (R080EXC)) and, if it finds one registered, it returns that leader;
- Division: when the system parameterization is using a division, the Manager associated with the position above the Employee will be sent. However, if it does not have a leader, the Manager will not be considered for the Employees and, therefore, they can only be viewed by the system Administrator.
Note
If it is defined in the company register that the leader's register must be used, all Employees from the leader's register ( FR080SUB ) will be sent, as managers of the Employee (Leader, Subleader and Substitute). In this case, the Employee will have more than one Manager, thus enabling the Clocking Event 2.0 actions on the platform to be managed by any of the manager users associated with the Employee.
Access to the Time Control Management
It is possible to access the Time Control Management system through the Clocking Event 2.0 | HCM app. For this, it becomes necessary:
- to have both Time Control Management and Clocking Event 2.0 | HCM;
- be on version 6.2.35.39 or higher of the Human Capital Management | HCM system;

Access to Time Control Management through the app, in turn, requires the user to be connected to the internet, as this feature is not available offline.
The available screens, when accessing Time Control Management through the Clocking Event 2.0 | HCM, are: Time Adjustments and Today's Workday.
