Driver usage mode of Clocking Event 2.0 | HCM

Aims to offer a tool for employees who have a driver employment contract, which will facilitate the management of their working hours, allowing the registration of several actions specific to this category. The actions carried out within the employee's working hours are available for consultation, showing the time dedicated to each action.

Driver's Workday

The driver's workday allows the control of the workday start, overnight stays and breaks (waiting, meals, driving, mandatory stops and unforeseen departures during the open workday) of these professionals.

Overnight stay

The overnight stay routine allows the Manager and the company to collect, through Clocking Event 2.0, whether the driver needed an overnight stay during their workday. By activating the use of overnight stays in driver mode, provides to the driver the option to indicate, at the end of the journey, whether an overnight stay will be needed. With the parameter activated, the Map screen will also display the overnight information.

With the Allow the driver to add overnight stays parameter enabled, the driver will be able to add an overnight stay at the application's overnight stay list screen, on journeys already completed. Information about overnight stays is exported through the Data Export screen.

Operation

The system synchronizes the clocking events when the device is connected to a data network. Therefore, when the employee tries to clock in after 10 hours of the first clocking event made in the day, a message will be displayed asking whether the employee forgot to finish the workday or whether the workday has been exceeded.

Access the senior X Platform, go to Human Capital Management | HCM > Clocking Event 2.0 > Settings to enable this mode of use:

• Parameterize the Allows driving time definition field to allow clocking events for the beginning and end of the driving on the application.
• Activate the Enable the use of overnight stay in driver mode and Allow the driver to add overnight stays options in the general settings to allow the registration of overnight stays on the application.
