Public profile
In this screen, you can consult how the profile is presented to the other workers of the organization. The public profile is a space shared with everyone in the company for the consultation of relevant information for workers and managers.
Grades
- Part of the information made available may be aspublic or private, depending on the settings made by the company and until they are changed by the employee.
- The options ofTo add It isTo edit information in profiles may be hidden from the contributor. These actions depend on whether the company has allowed the data to be modified.
In Management dashboard > Profile > My public profile, you can define which information will be public or private to the other people in the organization, with the exception of managers/leaders who can view all of the Worker's information, regardless of it being defined as private.
To consult the job descriptions, click on Consult job description in the Current Employment Contract Situation frame, under the Job Position information, in: Management Dashboard > Employment Contract > My employment contract.
