Notification emails

CONNECT provides a variety of email messages to notify Platform users of important events:

• Welcome: This email is intended for new CONNECT users and provides instructions on how to set a password and which Tenant to access;
• Password Definition: This email contains instructions for setting or resetting passwords to access CONNECT;
• Integration Effectiveness Alerts: When the effectiveness of an integration drops below 75% within a 24-hour period, an email message is sent to the last user who modified the integration, as well as to thecontact address indicated in the integration sub-tenant;
• License Consumption Alerts: These messages are sent to the user's supervisor's email when the total number of executions within the tenant hierarchy is close to the limits established by the Contracting Range (75%, 85%, 95%) or when the limit is exceeded;
• Weekly Reports: These are summaries of the metrics presented in the Monitoring Dashboard and are sent weekly to the user's license supervisor.

These messages ensure that users are informed about relevant events and activities on the CONNECT Platform.
