Collective Deletion of Evaluations

When in Others > Indications, Information tab, the Management per Competencies field is set as 3-Activate without legacy, this window is not displayed.

Through this window, it is possible to delete automatically the performance, excellence and knowledge evaluations,for several workers, reporting in the Identification Number field the identifier numbers of evaluations batches to be deleted or using the Selection fields.

Note

It is not mandatory to report the number for the batch, since any selection field is used.

After reporting the identifier numbers in the Identification Number field and/or report the Ranges of Selection, when clicking the Show button, the system will display all evaluations that are liable to be deleted. The user still has the possibility to choose manually in the grid which ones to be eliminated.

This window cannot delete already completed evaluations, because they will be displayed in red in the grid an cannot be selected.

This number is displayed on the windows of Evaluations information, and also when generating them, when it is displayed on the own Collective Generation of Evaluations window.

Selection

With this button, it is possible to search for evaluations according to the ranges of the Company, Type of Worker, Worker, Org. Unit and Job.
