Bind the Requirements Group

This window aims to allow that the user may bind one or more Positions/Jobs in Requirements Groups.

Information about the fields

It is possible to report the following filters to perform the binding:

Job Structure

Report the structure of jobs to be filtered in the binding.

Jobs

Report the jobs to be filtered in the binding.

Position Structure

Report the structure of positions to be filtered in the binding.

Positions

Report the positions to be filtered in the binding.

Beginning (DD/MM/YYYY)

Report the start date for the filter, as default, the current date is suggested.
The Job Structure, Jobs, Position Structure and Positions fields are enabled according to the selection on how the filter must be applied.

The Job Structure and Position Structure fields must be filled out for that a Job or Position be reported.

List of requirements groups

When activating the consultation, the system displays the list of requirements groups that do not have positions and jobs bound on the reported date.

This list has:

• Bind (Yes or No)
• Requirements Group
• Description of Requirements Group
• Type
• Description
• Processing: When processing, they are bond to the jobs and positions in the selected Requirements Groups, according to the start date reported by the user.
• Log of Information: The processing will register in LOG all jobs and positions that have been bound to the requirements groups. This LOG may be consulted on the own window.
