CIPA Candidates

Allows you to register candidates for the election, following from your application, the number of votes, the situation as a candidate, alternates and features the number of votes obtained by Ranking button.

The stability history is automatically registered when you include a contributor as a CIPA / CIPATR candidate. As candidate stability will be generated from the registration date to the date of the election. Being elected, and depending on the type of function of the janitor, a new history of stability will be generated from the day after the election until twelve (12) months after the end of the term. If the SM module is integrated with personnel administration and in this there is a termination of collaborator with stability, an alert message will be displayed. In cases where the revocation of the mandate, the stability will be interrupted.

In the registry of the candidates of the CIPA/COMPANY'S RURAL CIPA is possible using the following rules of procedure:

Reason Exclusion

In case of exclusion of the applicant, inform the reason.

When there is a transfer of subsidiary (with change of registration) or the reason for exclusion will be 3 = Termination. On change of subsidiary without alteration of registration will be used the reason 4.
