Members

It allows to register the elected members of CIPA / CIPATR, thus administering their functions, the dates of entry and exit and their alternates if they are holders, or the holders if they are substitutes and presents the number of votes obtained of the members and the respective situation through button Ranking.

Stability history is automatically entered when you include an employee as a member of CIPA / CIPATR. Being elected, and depending on the type of function of the janitor, a new history of stability will be generated from the day after the election until twelve (12) months after the end of the term. If the SM module is integrated with personnel administration and in this there is a termination of collaborator with stability, an alert message will be displayed. In cases where the revocation of the mandate, the stability will be interrupted.

In the registry of members of CIPA/COMPANY'S RURAL CIPA is possible using the following rules of procedure:

199	Insert Member of CIPA
200	Change of CIPA Member
201	Delete member of CIPA

Developer To allow the registration of members with admission date after the official date of possession. In this case can be registered only with the source I (nominated).

Complementary Function
Inform a complementary role for the collaborator member of CIPA / CIPATR.

Origin
Inform the origin of each employee as a member of the CIPA/COMPANY'S RURAL CIPA.

Exit Date If the Member of the CIPA/COMPANY'S RURAL CIPA is deleted for any reason, the date of exclusion shall be informed in this field. When the extinction of the mandate, the departure date will be automatically registered.

Reason Output
In case of exclusion of the applicant, inform the reason:

1-Spontaneous
2-Miss Meetings-this information will be automatically generated if faults occur above the allowed the meetings
3-Termination
4-Other
5-Extinction of the mandate-this information will be generated automatically when the extinction of CIPA

Notes

To inform the grounds 1 and 2, the end date in the history of stability will change as the date of departure as a member.

In case of a branch or company transfer, if the exit date is zeroed and the transfer date occurs between the term of office, the stabilities generated will not be changed and the reason for leaving will be:

"3 - Termination", when a transfer of company occurs;
"4 - Other" when the employee is transferred to another subsidiary.

In case of transfer of branch or company, the date of closure of the stability in the history of the employee will be the end date of the mandate plus one (1) year.
