Medical Attestations
This screen allows the registration of Medical Certificates for those who have used a health post in the vicinity of their residences or in other situations.
By the print button allows you to generate the template previously indicated in the medical certificate medical settings, folder models.
When the SM module is integrated into the personnel administration module, the removal may be effected in 2 forms, namely, manual or automatic.
For the record of removal is automatically registered in the personnel administration module, in Medicine > > Service Definitions, you must indicate the assignment Generate Clearance record equal to "Yes". With that, when registering any medical certificate in the system, whether internal or external, will be raised also the due removal record in the personnel administration module.
If the assignment mentioned above is as "N-No," so that the spacing in the personnel administration module to occur, you must also register the departure, through the Removal button at the bottom of the window a doctor's registration.
In the registration of external ASOs it is possible to use the following process rules:
- 128-Insert registration certificate/ASO
- 129-Change certificate record/ASO
- 130-delete record certificate/ASO
To identify whether the record is a certificate or an ASO during the rule execution, since both types use the same R110MAM table, you can use the following criteria:
- If the R110MAM field. TIPASO = 0, the record is of a certificate;
- If the R110MAM field. TIPASO <> 0, the record is an ASO.
- You can also check by a user in order to identify if the record is a certificate or ASO, and that can be used in rule because the rule is supported to the user fields.
The fields of tables R038AFA and R110MAT, including users, are also available in the rules by process 19-Insert Past History, 20-Change Past History, and 21-Delete Past History, as long as the OriHisAfa variable is equal to 3 .
Situation
Report the removal status.
Note
It is allowed to register external certificates with a situation of type "23-Accident work permit" only when there is a CAT (Work Accident Notice) registered for the employee with the certificate end date on the day prior to the date of the informed departure in the external certificate. Otherwise the system will send the message: "It is not allowed to register a certificate for this situation without there being a CAT registered for the employee."
Example:
The employee was injured on 05/12/2016, but the doctor was not in the company. This employee was directed to external medical care and then two certificates were generated: the first for the day of the accident (05/12/2016) and the second for the remaining days, that is, the days remaining to complete the period days of leave of 15 days.
Thus, it is possible to register two certificates only when the first one has been registered by the screen Accident Work - CAT Guide (FR086ACT), and the second by the External Medical Attests screen.

Certificate Number
Press the button Again Attested to generate the new certificate number.
By pressing the right mouse button, through the "new number", allows you to define which form should be used in the search of new external certificate number/ASO. In this option you can set the following forms:
- Find first open source via database-ORACLE Only = This is the standard way. Optimized command that is used only ORACLE can interpret, this command returns the free certificate numbers within the order, i.e. the "gaps" in the sequence.
- Find first free via application = when the Bank is not the ORACLE system has already used this form to get the number of the certificate. Compared number ordered with a built-in string system until you get to the first issue that there is no registered in the table. Then the single command executed in the Bank is to bring all the attendant certificate numbers in an orderly manner.
- Use last number-SELECT MAX = this option returns the last attestation number used and adds a to this number, i.e. will look for free numbers in the ordered sequence.
Note
The records of external certificates and ASO are recorded on the same external table (R110MAM).
Type of Service This field enables you to identify the certificate window that kind of care is occurring. In this way, the user identifies the type of service without having to inform you in the registration folder.
- Customer service-not used on window of certificate;
- Internal clearance-while saving the certificate, will be written the code 2 in the type field of the service folder register;
- External clearance-while saving the certificate, will be written the code 3 in the type field of the service folder register;
- Labor Accident-while saving the certificate, will be written 5 code in the type field attendance Record folder.
Important
This field is not available in the case of External Certificate window.
Subgroup CID
Inform the disease subgroup code when you don't have the certainty of disease. This field is automatically populated if the record of the occurrence has already been indicated subgroup code of CID.
Notes
- This field will only be available in Medicine/definitions-General folder, the field Features CID subgroup is set to Yes.
- If this code is related to CNAE dev affiliate as described in the table of CIDs for CNAE on tables/General, will be issued an alert message "<MTLINGO type="" prevchar="" "="" nextchar="A"></MTLINGO>ATTENTION! There is a risk of this removal be considered in epidemiological technical nexus. "<MTLINGO type="" prevchar="" "="" nextchar=""></MTLINGO>
Example:
The dev branch has the CNAE 1749 tax = manufacture of other textiles, including weaving. The removal occurred as a result of the Sub-group of the CID M75 = shoulder Injuries.
