Medical Agenda
Includes schedule of timetables for the appointments of patients. Aims to organize the attendance by area, attendant, period (date) and timetables.
Initially every user shall have a system directory of Attendant in Tabelas\Medicina\Atendentes, which in turn should be registered as a resident. In the attendant's register are defined the areas and periods and times when doctors or nurses are available.
The schedule occurs in two forms, the first directly on schedule manually and the second for generating exam request where, besides generating periodic medical exams, also allows generating medical schedules.
To display in the grid the timetables available from attendants is necessary to indicate your area, your code of attending, the period and schedule of appointments that you want to work. The information these fields may be saved by the Save button. On the next window, access the information will be filled in automatically.
The schedule has the "treeview" component, which allows you to view the following information hierarchically:

+ Name of Attendants

By pressing the button Showingthe timetables will be displayed in the grid in accordance with the schedule date selected in the treeview.
The attendant select a schedule in the grid, press the Mark button or double click with the mouse on the grid and then a window to check the schedule where they will be registered; end time of the service, the scheduling, medical records, area, and comments. Provided only scheduled, the time can be changed to a different end time ( button Change), can be transferred to another attendant, date or other time (Time button), deleted ( Delete button) or duplicated for a later time or date.
By Arrival button allows you to record the arrival time of the patient in the clinic. The recording will take place in the field Time Arrival schedule. The commands to transfer schedule can be performed also by the mouse by dragging the schedule for the area, attending and desired date. On Scheduled situation, allows it to be registered an ASO (button) to the met for later broadcast.
To make a query of the schedules in certain period of time, you can press the button Browse, which makes the query window of registered schedules.
From a scheduled time, it allows to register for the Pre-Service and Attendance buttons the patient services. Generally the pre on the counter at the outpatient, occurs by nurse and physician care. The identification of the schedules is facilitated by the use of colors where those with the status of Canceled the grid line is displayed in red color, blue for those who are just with the situation of scheduled, blue highlights for those who already are awaiting the query, Burgundy normal for Pre-open, Burgundy bold for Pre-completed normal green for Held open, bold green for Service Performed or Completed Scheduling and grey to attendances in progress (in view of the patient).
The situation Held schedules may be changed to the condition in addition by Addition. The column has appears Attendance condition Yes/in addition, which will allow another doctor give continuity to the service.
The schedules that are registered with a Reason defined schedule with Type = "-Other" may have its status changed to schedule accomplished by Perform option, which appears when clicking with the right button on the schedule in a popup "menu".
In cases where the attendant or the doctor is registering a pre or medical care by the medical agenda and an electrical power outage or similar, in the respective medical scheduling agenda will be identified in gray or in situation in "progress". To change this kind of situation, you will need to access the directory of an appointment in Medicine > > Calls an appointment and use the restore button.
The medical agenda allows reuse schedules that contain pré-atendimentos. Ex. When scheduling a medical consultation type, it will be verified if the same day there is some care that had only the pre-service. If any, will be presented the following message: "Today was once held a pre-Attendance for this patient, you want to reuse it?" to accept, all data will be automatically reused in the new pre. After confirming the reuse of previous scheduling data in the field has to be friendly with the "status" Transferred in Orange.
Medical agenda, some procedures may be met through user-defined rules. The rule for 292-process Include Medical Scheduling, aims to control or additional user fields his own record being included and also alter the scheduling date to the same date as was designed the examination request. The Locator button facilitates the location of appointments in a given period for a certain answered. This button is available only for the users with permission to access Schedules window, in Medicine > Calls > make an appointment.
This window can also be called copy/reports or specific rules through 2 buttons previously configured in Tabelas\Medicina\Atendentes, Scheduling folder. Were available all fields belonging to R110AGD table key to use in the report entry window with the buttons on the Agenda window models. To use such information, the names of the variables in the entry window of the report should have the following file name:

- R110AGD. CodAte = ECodAte;
- R110AGD. DatMar = EDatMar;

The medical schedule is updated as the Automatic Update field located in Medicine-settings folderAgenda.
If the company uses the after-care routine, the calls generated for the generic attendants will be available in the agenda in the 'Scheduled' situation (blue) and in the 'Have Attend' column. "no" will be displayed. When this time is assumed by a normal, by Post button-Atend., will be transferred to the agenda of this clerk getting ' in progress ' (black) and ' Post-' respectively. When the clerk completing the after-service channel, will be changed to ' Done ' (black highlighted) and ' Transferred '. Filter area Schedules Mark this field to display in the grid only medical schedules selected in the treeview, otherwise it will show the schedules of other areas including.
Attendant
Inform the attendant to which code will be presented the timetables as set out in the record of the attendant. In many cases the attending code represents the medical code. The restriction of the attendant in respect of its agenda and the other is configured in the settings of the Folder Permissions or Medicine in the cadastre of the clerk, Scheduling folder when the clerk level.
Period Inform the period type to be queried:
- Today-With this indication, in the next field will be informed the current date;
- This week-considers the current week (Sunday to Saturday);
- Next Week-Considers the following week from Sunday;
- This month-displays the start and end date of the current month;
- Date-allows you to indicate the starting and ending date for the query.
For all conditions the date fields will be available for changes.
Agenda Choose one of the options below:
- Free: Mark this field to consider only the free times that is without an appointment time.
- Busy: corresponds to the agenda that they're busy times i.e. with time stamp.
- Both are demonstrated the scheduled times and free.
- Scheduled: Mark this field to consider the scheduled times, i.e. without the service performed.
- Directed: Mark this field to consider the schedule with sessions conducted, i.e., with recipes, testimonials, etc.
- Cancelled: Mark this field to consider the hours canceled by the attendant.

In the first level are provided in the areas of service requested in the scope. The next level corresponds to the attendants and finally the dates for availability of attending.
Schedule Grid
Will display the information of the agenda according to the attendant and date selected in the treeview.
