We still have the possibility to activate extra buttons for the issuance of report templates as the need of the medical attendants. These buttons should be configured in tables/medicine/Attendants, Service folder and will be available on the right-hand side of the window. The attendant may use up to 6 additional models (buttons) as needed or until 6 rules that will make it possible to call SGI windows.
User-created templates must have input variables that will receive information about the location where it was pressed the button:

Medical Form

Attending Pre-customer service

Occurrence
Inform the occurrence presented or be the reason took attended the clinic. Example: dizziness, laryngitis, etc.
ICD
Inform the codification of International Classification of Disease occurrence. This field is automatically populated if the record of the occurrence has already been indicated the code of the corresponding CID. This CID will also be registered automatically in the folder CID as the main disease. If there is a need to register other diseases, you can use the folder CID.
Subgroup CID
Inform the disease subgroup code when you don't have the certainty of disease. This field is automatically populated if the record of the occurrence has already been indicated subgroup code of CID.

Type of Service Inform the service type, as follows:
- Simple Service - you will not be allowed to enter data in the Distance tab;the "03 - External Clearance" type will be entered manually.

- External clearance by disease-corresponds to a departure generated by an external doctor, in this case the clearance tab is enabled;
- Work accident without absence-corresponds to a workplace accident of little value, example: bruise, scratch, in this case the tab spacing will not be enabled;
- Work accident with spacing-corresponds to an accident at work which requires a departure, in this case the clearance tab is enabled;
- Not met the patient went to the clinic but was not attended by withdrawal or other reason either-does not allow to generate removal;
- Pre-answered-the patient was only pré-atendido, in this case, by nurse-generate.

Prompted by the system to complete the service if the attendant settings, the Output Time field is filled accordingly. The time out can be used to update the end time of the appointment, as the parameter "Scheduling" in tables/medicine/Attendants-folder.
Service Cost Inform the cost of the service. There may be some specific service in which the company make off sheet, in this case may issue a listing with the value of the service to be submitted for release.
Absence
The dismissal of the employee can be registered through this folder or directly by the button Attestation, where a button will be available to print the medical certificate. Will be transferred to this folder the data concerning the removal of medical certificate (15 days). If it is done the registration removal in this folder and then access the certificate button will be suggested the data removal.
Important
This folder will not be available on the pre.
Enter the starting date of the expulsion which usually matches the same date of medical care.

Clearance Time Inform the hour in which the clearance that generally corresponds to the time of entry into the clinic. Learn the initial clearance time with 00:00 and also in the End Time field, the module ignores these two information and considers only the dates.
Situation Certificate
Report the situation of the certificate that corresponds to the period of days set for the company, respecting the definition provided for by law and that the company is responsible for payment. Corresponds to the situations that contains the types of care 2 = internal clearance and 3 = External Clearance. The types of situations may be:
- 06-maternity leave
- 14-sick leave (payment)

Important
The availability of the above will obey the sex of the patient.

Reason Rais Certificate
Inform the reason of Rais according to the certificate. Pressing F3 will be available items.
Day Certificate
Report the amount of days of attested to the developer.

Nexus Venture
To inform if this departure runs the risk of generating an Epidemiological Technical Nexus (NTEP) according to the subgroup of CID informed in the folder Cadastre. Weather forecast

Clinical Data
Weight (Kg)
Register the weight of the patient. The existing weight in previous calls will not be changed, making it possible to make comparative reports. This information can be used for the Pondero-Estatural report.
Height (Cm)

Cephalic Perimeter (Cm)

CBHPM Procedures
Inform the CBHPM medical procedure code used in attendance. Next to the description the name of the clerk who checked the procedure.

Annotations
This space is intended for notes regarding the service performed.
Click this button, located next to the fields Pre-Service and Annotations, to search for texts registered through the Text Record screen (FR110TXT). You can select only the texts that have been registered with theType of Use equal to "0 - General" or "4 - Pre-Service / Service Notes".
Complement
