Collective Distribution of PPE (by EPI)
This screen allows to launch the distribution of Individual Protection Equipment (EPI) collectively, as well as distribution per employee (FRCOLDIE). Both have the same objective - the collective distribution - but the focus of this screen is to allow the distribution of the same EPI to several collaborators with more productivity, since the other only allows to distribute several EPIs to the same employee.
The PPE should be indicated and the records of employees who receive the PPE. In the record of the launches the button was available Query, where we can check if there has already been an EPI release for the employee.
By button Selection, allows defining the scope of location, situation, position and shift. When is set some kind of coverage, will present on the grid developers who fall under this definition. Will also be presented to employees who have already received the PPE, regardless of whether they fit in. If these employees have already received PPE on stipulated date will be displayed in red color otherwise are shown in blue. If not set no scope, will be presented only developers who have already received the PPE. The employees dismissed will not be considered in the scope.
The button To save allows you to save the contents of the fields: Instruction Use, Signed Protocol , Reason , Qty, Situation (range) and the indication of the three screen selection boxes for the active user in the system. To get back on the window, the information is automatically suggested.
The button Cancel allows you to cancel the display of information in the grid by leaving the information outside the grid entered. When you press the Cancel, all fields including the range information will be cleared.
Safe > PPE >Equivalence, equivalence of groups registering allows PPEs.
In the distribution of PPE is possible using the following rules:

Supplier Will only be allowed to report the PPE that are previously informed on the register of the Providers folder PPE. This information is mandatory when the balance control of PPE is related to the vendor.
Use Statement Whether the worker received or no instruction to use the safety equipment.
Quantity Inform the quantity to be delivered. This amount will be used for each contributor in the distribution grid.
Consider PPE distributed This field defines whether or not to show the employees that do not fall in the scope, but I have already received the PPE.
Only Employees with PPE provided for If you check this box, only employees with predicted PPE will be considered, depending on whether PPRA is used per Site or GHE.

In presenting the distributed EPIs, the button Selection.
When an EPI is manually added to the grid, the system will warn that the employee does not have the PPE provided only if the Consider only planned PPE is selected.
Populates Data Return-Previous Record When shown the field, by the delivery of a new one, the old immediately preceding, the PPE will be filled the return date equals the date of delivery of the latter. Will not be taken into consideration the equivalence of PPE. If there is inventory control of PPE, an entry is generated in stock with the origin 3-Return.
Populates Data Return-Considering equivalence of PPE This field will be enabled when the PPE belong to a group of equivalence. To indicate this field will be checked the last PPE distributed of this group with less than the date of delivery of the PPE to be distributed and will be applied to the return date (s) (s).
For PPEs within the same group of equivalence which were distributed on the same date, will not be considered in the search for PPE because the previous delivery date should always be smaller. To inform the return date on these PPEs, must be done manually if necessary.

If there is more than one PPE in the same delivery date and return to zero, the return date will be filled in with the delivery date as well.
Populates Data Return-No When indicated in this field, the date of return of previous PPEs equivalent or not, will not be filled.
Distribution of PPE This grid will be presented the new and old PPEs. Allows the user to add employees from other areas or delete through command CTRL DEL.
- -Identification number corresponds to the number generated automatically when the collective distribution.
When the routine of EHG is used, when leaving the field contributor, if the PPE is not foreseen for the worker (with PPE by worker or by EHG), the system displays a message with the option to continue or not the register (when it is marked Only with contributors PPE provided for), as already happens with PPE by location, job title and Location/Position.
- Instructions for use -whether or not there was instructions for the use of the equipment.
- Signed Protocol-whether or not there was the signing of the Protocol of delivery of the PPE.
- Reason -This reason corresponds to table statement registered in PPE//security reasons.
- Sequence - Present the situation of more than one distribution of the same PPE to the same employee on the same day.
