Collective Distribution of PPE (per Employee)

This screen allows to launch the distribution of Individual Protection Equipment (EPI) in a collective way per employee, as an alternative to the collective distribution screen by EPI (FRIEDECOL). Both have the same objective - the collective distribution - but the focus of this screen is to allow the distribution of several EPIs to the same collaborator with more productivity, since the other allows only to distribute the same EPI to several collaborators. This screen provides for consultation and distribution only the PPE that is not defined as unused on the current date, through the field Date Disable of the EPI register.

To distribute the PPE to the employee:

  1. Make the initial screen filters to select the employee who will receive the equipment and click Show to display the available EPIs in the grid.
  2. In columnSelection, check the equipment you want to distribute. The system makes some consistencies, displaying alert messages if there is any qualification about the equipment selection. It is not allowed to select the same EPI from different suppliers, for example.
  3. After selecting the EPIs, click Change to effect the distribution. The colors of the grid records will be modified to indicate the equipment status, whether it was distributed or not. To see the color legend, click theSubtitle.

Depending on the fieldDefault Authentication in EPI DeliverySecurity Settings screen (FR086DEF), a delivery authentication confirmation message may be displayed. If this is the case, select from the electronic authentication options, either printed or none. If any authentication option is selected, the Electronic Authentication screen (FRBIOSEN) or the report for printing, depending on the type chosen.

In column Trained, it is possible to identify whether or not the employee is trained to use the equipment.

Notes

For PPEs within the same group of equivalence which were distributed on the same date, will not be considered in the search for PPE because the previous delivery date should always be smaller. If it is necessary to inform the return date on these PPE, it must be done manually.

If there is more than one EPI on the same delivery date and with zeroed return, the return date will also be filled in the records with the delivery date.
