Risk Area Duplication/ERPP

This window allows you to duplicate the information registered in the areas of Risk and ERPP from a jurisdiction and venue.

Note

No duplication of areas of Risk where there is Exchange of positions, it will be necessary to carry out the adjustment of positions at risk area doubled according to the current structure of positions, in: Security \ ERPP \ risk Area adjustment.

Origin

Org. Unit
Inform the place of origin. You can duplicate a site stating "sub-locais ==" after the local code, e.g. "1.2 ==". If you do not inform the site, will be considered all locations within the jurisdiction.

Destiny

Duplicate ERPP
Mark the field when you want the records of the ERPP are also duplicated. If the field is not checked, will not be considered on duplication, the ERPP information i.e. the tables: R083AGT, R083PPE, R083EQP, R083EXA, R083FGL, R083LAM, R083LAU, R083NLE, R083PLF.

Note

To duplicate the risk area without duplicating the information in the ERPP, but noting to override the existing records, if the information exists in the destination jurisdiction, ERPP they will be deleted.

Consider No Occupant Positions
With the option unchecked, will be duplicated only the posts that have occupants on target date and activities registered in the ERPP. In the target area the activities will be presented without the job.
