Definition of Classes
Enables the registration of information relating to training classes. This registration will be made through the folders: Define, Instructors, Schedules, Tests, Notes, Resources, Local Vacancies, Participants, Agreements, Documents and Target Audience.
It also allows the registration of those interested in participating in courses, through the Target Public routine, making their names available in the Waiting List of one or several classes, including the TR Web in Training> Classes and also the Duplicate Class button, which will duplicate class information to another available class code. For employees who are on the waiting list, is available the model Relationship of employees on the waiting list (TRTU036. GER) that allows you to send an invitation to developers and through the list option from the TR > Training Web Invitations, can accept or decline the invitation.
Note
So the third is shown on the screen > training > Classes Define, guide, Participants should have the 3-Course Participants use in Employees > registration form > third party guide uses.
For classes that have not been completed, which were stopped before their end, they may have their situation changed by the user to 3-Canceled.
By registering a new class, it allows the information entered in the course calendar to be linked to the class.
Training-related expenses may be released through the following ways, provided by buttons: Course, Location, and Prorate.
On this screen, buttons may be available that will run report templates or rules that can call SGI screens. The definition can be made in Settings > Training-Classes folder, in the fields: name/Model/Rule 1 button ... Name/model/4 Rule button.
In the registry of training classes (R134Dtu), you can use the following rules for process:

Course Improvement Inform the improvement course code.
Class
Inform the code class within the course of improvement. This code can be a sequential number. At the bottom of the screen you will find the Next button Class that suggests the next class.
Define
Inform the type definition of the class:
Confirmation, when vacancies are filled by local organization chart;
End, when employees are allocated directly to the class;
Provisional confirmation, when vacancies are filled by local organization chart, but are not generated the historic courses to participants confirmed;
Provisional participant, when the employees are allocated directly to the class, but are not generated the historic courses to participants.
- For classes of TLT, the system brings to Default the option "2-End", not allowing you to change to another type definition.
- The purpose of the definition types 3 and 4 is the definition of provisional classes that have not yet been approved. In this case, the history of courses will only be generated only when the class definition is changed to 1 or 2 respectively.
Situation
This field is filled in according to the stage of the class.
- In progress-used when the registration of a new class and the timeline to completion;
- Full-Situation generated when assigning grades to the participants and assess them, in training Classes > > Evaluate. To change the situation of complete class in progress, it is necessary to access the class assessment screen and change the situation of the historical to 1-In-progress, at least one participant. Right now the situation of the class will be changed to 1-In-progress;
- Canceled - Situation that identifies that this class was interrupted before its end.
Frequency Control Inform the frequency control type that will be used in the menu > Training > Register Frequency Classes for course participants:
- Amount of classes-the control will be done considering the total number of classes attended
- Load time-control is done by the total load time of attendance
Notes
- In the class name, it is suggested the value in the field of the processing course.
- This field will be disabled for classes of modular courses.
Period-Start Date Inform the start date of the class. From this date shall be calculated the Qtd classes or load time as the field frequency Control indicated on the record of the course of improvement, since the date is populated.
Period-End Date Inform the end date of the class. This field is optional, since in some cases this information may be unknown.
Inform a deadline for deadline for entries of employees on grid participants and also on the Web via the menu > Training Invitations.

In the list of invitations Web training, implemented the Term column after column Completion, as well as the class information screen, accessed by the course name link.
The list criteria:
- If the subscription date is expired, the [Accept] and [Decline] buttons will be disabled.
- When the deadline for submissions is exhausted and the status of the participant on the waiting list is Pending, the "Subscriptions closed" description appears in the Invitation column.
- The call will be available until the end date of the class. If the class has no end date, always available.
Warning
In the client-server version, responsible for managing the classes you will be able to maintain or enter new employees on grid participants after the application deadline, however, will be alerted that the class is expired.
Number Of Classes
Report the amount of private tuition when the processing course is informed that the control of frequency is equal to the amount of classes.
Based on this information which is calculated the frequency of the developer.

Duration Type
Indicate the type of course duration, as follows:
- Hours
- Days
- Months
- Years
- Semester
Note
When reporting hours duration type, you do not have the record of the duration, because the information load time will be enough.:
Duration
Indicate the quantity of the type of duration that was reported in the previous data.
If it was nominated 3 = months in previous data, and this course has 06 months duration, enter 6 in the field.
Load Time Report the total hours of the course. Will be considered the time (s) (s) in the 3-times to calculate this charge. This information will be taken to the history of courses, even if the definitions are indicated not to recalculate the load time when change occurs in this field. The load time will be calculated automatically on the basis of registered schedules in the folder in the course record Times the Frequency Control field is with 1-load time. This load time can be calculated by pressing the button [Hourly Dc] at the bottom of the screen.
Report the percentage of frequency necessary for approval. This percentage will be considered in the evaluation of the participant.
Minimum Average
Inform the minimum average for passing the course.

Evaluation of Effectiveness
Inform the questionnaire that will be used in generating the questions of the evaluation of effectiveness. This information will be automatically suggested when the questionnaire is informed also the courses.

Term Beginning Evaluation Effectiveness
Report the number of days for which the responsible evaluation of training start.

Is counted from the day following the date of completion of the training. If there is a need to amend this term after the assessment/conclusion of class, it is not necessary to regenerate the assessment of effectiveness, but only change the deadline and complete the class. This information will be automatically suggested when the term of beginning is informed also the courses.

In TRWEB, the evaluations of effectiveness will be made available from the 3/7/2011.
Term Evaluation Effectiveness
Report the amount of days that will be used for the counting of the period for which the responsible evaluate the training.

Is counted from the date of commencement of evaluations (finish the class added with the term start evaluating effectiveness). This information will be automatically suggested when the term is informed also the courses. The evaluations of effectiveness after the deadline can be made available in the TRWEB as the parameter Assessment of Effectiveness Won (S, N), available in settings-> Training folder.

Course Phase
Register course phase to facilitate the registration of training when it involves phases.

ISO procedures revisions To update the staff courses history, this information will be taken automatically, thus registered what the review that each employee has been trained. In the course of registration, in the folder, it would be indicated what the revision in question.
Coordinator
Inform the course Coordinator's code.

- There is an association between the user and code a registered contributor (employee, third party or partner) through the registration form.
Entity Inform the educational Entity preferably Minister the course. Must be previously registered in Companies> Other Companies with type of use 3,12,14 and 16 (Teaching Entities). When you enter a non-existent code, registration screen will be displayed and at the end of the registration, will be automatically assigned the type of use 3. As this table (other companies) can be used by other modules, it is desirable to define the registration tracks new records through per-process rules.

Vacancies
Report the amount of slots available in the class.

This field allows you to define how the reaction evaluation will take place for this class:

Reaction Evaluation Period
Report the amount of days that evaluated has to perform the assessment of reaction. The term starts on the day following the date of completion of the training.
In TRWEB, the evaluations that are expired or not may be submitted according to the information of the field evaluation of Reaction Won (S, N), available in settings-> Training folder.

This field allows you to treat the situation the assessment of reaction of the class:
- Does not control;
- Definition-situation in which the instructor is entering information in the class, for example, notes of the course participant, etc.;
- Generated identifiers-situation where the identifiers were generated for each participant in the class, anonymously or not;
- Released-the evaluation list is available on the WEB to the participants since the deadline for evaluation. This situation can be generated automatically at the same time of the generation of the WEB, as the reaction field assignment Evaluation release reaction in Training settings screen, Evaluate.
- Cancelled-situation in which the evaluation of reaction was cancelled for some reason. Does not allow pending reviews being answered;
- Completed-situation in which the evaluation was completed. Does not allow pending reviews being answered. When evaluating a class, the automatic change to this situation can be determined in training Settings, folder > Evaluate stating Yes in the ' Complete Av. Reaction '.

This field changes the behavior of the generation routine evaluation of reaction across the screen class assessment:

- Yes, you will be allowed to turn a reaction assessment identified in anonymous. Rejection Criterion
This field allows you to define what type of history (disapproval) to be used in training Classes > > Evaluate when evaluating a participant, if the same will not reach the average and the frequency at the same time.

Cancellation Date
Report the month, day, and year in which this class was canceled. By pressing the Cancel button of the situation will be suggested the current system date.
Reason
Inform the reason that caused the cancellation of this class.
Conditions to cancel the class:
- The course of the class can not be modular course;
- The course of the class can not be the discipline of some modular course;
- Only the user/class Coordinator informed may carry out the cancellation of the class.
Rating Classes Enter a code to classify this class according to the classification table of the classes previously registered in tables > Courses > Classification Class.

- The Evaluate button Class will be active only if the class is not a class of type TLT and if the class is not complete.
- The button Exceptions allows you to handle exceptions from the times used.
Instructors
Identify the company, type and registration of employees who will teach the course for this class. Can only be informed employees who have instructor indicator on your registration form. When the developer instructor have a holiday schedule individual or collective in the personnel administration module and conflicts with the class period, an alert message will be displayed.
When the company uses the registration of people for instructors, as the field "Course instructors = 1 Person" in several Common-> folder People, you must inform the person.
- In order to expedite the registration of instructors, it is possible to use the Search button, which has the characteristic of showing employees of all companies with instructor indicator and, when a selected employee is selected, fill in the fields company, type, registration and type of instructor.
- To access the availability for a particular instructor, the Availability button is used.
By instructors, allows you to check on the basis of all instructors - registered
- By pressing the button Ins. Calendar, allows you to link the instructor (s) registered in the calendar of this course.
- To delete one or more items from the grid, press CTRL + DEL on the row to be deleted.

Schedules

Inform the hours in which the course will be held and the respective rooms. At this point will be checked the availability of the rooms and of the instructors.
It will also be verified during the period of the course and schedule there is a registration of extraordinary occupancy of rooms where you will be taught the course.
- Use the up arrow and down arrow buttons to sort the times chronologically.
- In an inclusion, to retrieve the schedules registered for the course of improvement it is possible to use the Schedules button.
- To consult all the times of registered courses, press the Schedule Check button.
- From the Exceptions button, allows you to handle the exceptions of the room (s) used.
- Through the Hor button. Calendar, allows you to link the time (s) registered in the calendar of this course.
To delete one or more items from the grid, press CTRL + DEL on the row to be deleted.
Arrangements
Space for describing any comments or further action to be taken on time on the class that is being registered.
Tests

Inform the tests that apply to the end of the course. The report to list the questions and answers is the model: TRCU001. GER (Tests for participants of Classes).

Resources

Identify the instructional resources needed for this class. At this point will be checked the availability of resources at the times reported previously.
- In an inclusion, to retrieve instructional resources registered for the improvement course, room or test, you can use the Course Resources, Rooms Features, and Tests Resources buttons.
- Using the Exceptions button, allows you to handle the exceptions of the instructional resource (s).
- To delete one or more items from the grid, press CTRL + DEL on the row to be deleted.
Local Vacancies

In the case of a class with type 1 definition (confirmation) or 3 (Confirmation pending), inform the company, local code and amount of vacancies distributed to each location. To view places that still have reservations open for the improvement course, use the Places Reservation button. When there is already been informed a location, the number of vacancies distributed and made the upgrade, it is possible to confirm participants with outstanding reservations. To do this, you can use the Confirm Participants button.
To refer to the statement of the vacancies and programming, you can use the respective buttons.
When a query is made in the folder location presented Participants will be the location from the definition and not the developer's site.

Participants
In the case of a class with type 2 definition (End) or 4 (Temporary Participant), inform the company, type and registration of employees who will participate in this class. In the location field is sought information from the participant or location of the buffer in the case of a class with type 1 definition (confirmation) or 3 (Confirmation pending). The cost center field will be sought to cost center information of the participant or the reservation. This information is required if the "Budget" ticker available in Budget> Settings is equal to 1 - By Cost Center.
To retrieve contributors who still have an open booking for the course or other contributors through a selection, you can use the Contributors button.
At the bottom of the screen, information about the participant's evaluation will be displayed.
When it comes to a class with definition type 1 (Confirmation) or 3 (Provisional Confirmation) it will only be possible to visualize the confirmed collaborators for this class and change the field for the comments of the participants.
At the time of registration of a participant will be made the following checks:
- when the employee is already part of an ongoing group of the same course, the new registration will be prevented;
- when the employee already has a record of this course in their history of improvement courses, the information regarding these histories will be presented and will be given the option of continuing or not with the registration;
- When the developer is part of a class of the same course, that not in progress, will be issued an alert to the user. This procedure becomes useful when the collaborator has been part of a class, where the history situation is set to 5 (None) or when he / she is part of a class with provisional definition (3-Provisional Confirmation or Provisional 4-Participant).
- When the developer already is part of a class of another course in progress with scheduling conflict, will be issued an alert to the user. Time exceptions should be recorded later.
- when the employee has an individual or collective vacation schedule in the Personnel Management module and is in conflict with the class period, an alert message will be displayed.
- the Completion field is optional and can be used in specific reports.
- the Situation field is composed of the situations represented in the table below:

- when the module is integrated with Safety and Medicine, the system checks for exams that are defined as prerequisites for improvement courses on the Pre-Requisition tab. Screen exams (FR128CUA).
On the grid Waiting List will be displayed the employees who are waiting for a definition of the coordinator to join the class or the collaborator (target public source) if the latter receives the invitation to accept or refuse to join the class as a participant. For employees who refused the invitation received by email will be presented the situation Declined in red color.
By the Public Target button, only enabled in the Waiting List grid, two options are available: Generate Waiting List, allows employees to be generated for the waiting list, but without the consistencies and by selecting Participants, a screen will be available through which the collaborators are selected. Both options have the default audience set in the Target audience folder. Through the ordering Situation, allows you to view all employees the wait list considering including those confirmed in other classes of the same course or only those that are waiting in its class.
- To speed up the enrollment of participants, it is possible to use the Search button, which has the characteristic of showing employees of all companies and, when a selected employee is selected, fill in the fields, type and registration.
- To access the availability for a particular employee, the Availability button is used.
For instructors and participants in the class, a history of remoteness. - To delete one or more items from the grid, press CTRL + DEL on the row to be deleted. At the time of the exclusion of a participant, to check if the participant originated from a reservation. In this case, will ask if this reservation is to be made available again or deleted. Otherwise, it will only alert the user about this.
- From the Exceptions button, allows you to handle the exceptions of the participants (s) in the class.
- The button transfer allows the participants who have the check box selected to be transferred to another class. These check boxes only apply to the class transfer routine.
- The red down arrow button has the function of moving the participant positioned on the grid Participants to the grid Waiting list.
- The red up arrow button has the function of moving the participant positioned in the grid Waiting list to the grid Participants.
- The red arrow buttons treat participants individually. If there is more than one participant checked in the check box, the system will only treat the participant with the selected line.
- Transfer marked on the Participants grid and Waiting List, be transferred collectively to other classes of the same course.
- Assign button, when the course is TLT, the system allows to inform the "Situation" and "due date" collectively to all participants in the class.
Ordering Identify the type of order that should be taken into account in the presentation of the participants in the class.
- Name-will present the participants in alphabetical order of the name of the contributor
Registration-will present the participants in company/type/order record of - collaborator
- Admission date-will present the participants in order of registration in the company
Agreements

Inform the agreements signed with the definition of the class. Identify the entity, if necessary, the value and the percentage of the Covenant.

To delete one or more items from the grid, press CTRL + DEL on the row to be deleted.
Index Indicate the index which is calculated the Covenant.
Company
Identify the company with which code will be made Covenant.
Percentage
Report the percentage of agreement.
Value
Record the value of the agreement.
Documents
Allows you to insert documents, of any extension, training-related, such as photos, files, events and happenings.
Buttons are available in the folder "documents":
- Attach - opens the Windows file selection screen to allow you to choose a file.
- Open - opens the file attached by its default program in Windows.
- Save - opens the save as Windows screen to save the file to disk.
- Delete-removes the attached file grid registry.
Notes
- You can execute the attached file by double-clicking the name of the file in the panel to the right of the grid.
- The Date field, next to the Description is not mandatory.
Target Audience

The target audience in the training classes is one that the Coordinator through established criteria in the fields below, elects to participate in a waiting list for a class, later inserted in the list with the button [intended audience] located in the Participants. Using the List of Employees in the Waiting List template, you can send an invitation to each employee on the waiting list to confirm or decline the invitation on the TR Web by the option Training> Invitations.
Group of companies
Inform the Group of companies to the relationship of the target audience.
Company Lot Inform the batch of companies to the relationship of the target audience.

Inform the employees to the relationship of the target audience.

Inform the undertaking (s) that will be used in the formation of the target audience.
Contributor Type (+) Inform the type of employee desired.
Developer (+) Inform the developer (s) that form the target audience.
Branch Office (+)
Inform the affiliate (s) to the target audience.
Location (+)
Inform the location (s) to the target audience.
(C). Cost (+)
Inform the Centre (s) to the target audience.
Position (+)
Inform the charge (s) to the target audience.
Salary Structure (+) Inform the wage structure (s) (s) to the target audience.

Knowledge Gained
Through this folder you can register the knowledge gained by processing course.
Note
This tab is only available when the class is of TLT training by workplace.
Select In this field you can select the improvement course-related knowledge.
Family Inform the family code.
Family Description
Indicates the name of the family that the course is bound.
Knowledge Inform the code knowledge.
Description (Knowledge) Indicates the name of the knowledge acquired in the course.
Revision
Indicates the code review. The Revision column is available only for viewing.
Comments In this field it is possible to register general remarks.
Button Inherit Knowledge Through this button you can inherit registered knowledge.
Note
When you include the class and inherit the knowledge according to the location reported for pick up of items will be inherited also the TLT revision number of knowledge.
Travel information
Note
This tab is available only when the course of improvement is not TLT training in the workplace.
In this tab you can register the original information of the course. Thus, even if the data does not change course, the classes store the data reported in this tab and the reports also show this information.
