Job Record
It allows to make changes or promotions of jobs.
This information is stored in the worker records, allowing to issue these records whenever requested.
- The rules per process of the job record are run twice: one before and other after the inclusion/change/deletion.
- In transfers or inclusions of Job Records, if there is the message: “Worker transferred to Job xxxxxxxx, with Class Less than the Previous Job xxxxxxxxx", it means that there was attempt to transfer the worker to a job with a salary class less than the current class.
- When there is a job transfer and on the Indications window from the Jobs and Salaries module the Recalculate Performance Percentage is set as Y, the module will compare the previous job with the new job and, if there is a change of salary class or type of salary, the module will generate a new salary record, with the same job transfer date and with the new salary recalculated.
- Depending on the Creates Salary Record Item, in Others > Indication the module allows that, when generating a new job record, an equivalent record of salaries be created. In the Code of Reason field, the code of the reason reported in Proposals > Definitions > Promotions, in the Framework Reason field will be saved on the record of salaries window. If this field is blank, it will be used the same reason reported in the job records.

This field is displayed only when the company uses Job Vacancy. In the Headcount module: in Others > Indications, Job Vacancy field = Y.
Report the code of job vacancy of the worker, third party or partner. The job that the worker will have must be reported in this field, that is, the job to which the vacancy will be considered.
When there is more than one job structure registered in the company information, it is important to note the Headcount level reported in the job structure registration which the company is using when making the change in question.
Job structure with Headcount level = 1. If in the registration of jobs there are only jobs with 2 levels (01.01), when trying to register a record for this job the module will indicate that the Headcount level (01..) must be created or the Headcount level in the job structure must be changed.
This field is displayed only when the company uses the indication Job of Several Careers = Y, in Jobs and Salaries module: Others > Indications. Being that, in this situation, it will be presented in all modules of the Human Capital Management | HCM system.
This field aims to indicate to which career the worker belong, since it allows to use the same job in more than one career.
- It will not be allowed to report a career that does not have the code of the job related to it.
- It is not mandatory to inform career to register a job record.
Define if this register of function record must (yes) or not be sent to the eSocial.
